Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was delicious
Cons: That I wish I could’ve stayed one more night
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent location, very clean and friendly service.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It is in Telluride
Cons: No
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location and views are spectacular!
Cons: The room was very dry and and tiny. The valet person tried to give us the wrong car as we were checking out. We called to the front desk 20 minutes before checking out to make sure our car was waiting. It was not ready and it them took another 20 minutes
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The staff was very good, the food was excellent, the steam bath on the fireplace were nice, the location is good next to the gondola, had a nice big balcony.
Cons: I didn't have much of a view. The bedroom was a little cramped.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was a perfect stay from check in to checkout. From the time Stuart and Shane checked us in and finding accommodations for my Corvette and Harley, all the way till to our final breakfast, this was an ideal place to stay on the mountain. And speaking of the included breakfast, Shane wasn't lying when he said it was the best in all of Telluride. The room had a balcony, fire place , small kitchen and a steam shower, which included use of a private hot tub on the top floor overlooking the mountain. We will be back next year, same time.
Cons: It was all good!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We opened the double doors, stood on the small balcony and enjoyed the wonderful view of the Rocky Mountains surrounding the hotel. Our room was a suite consisting of a living room, kitchen area, bedroom and bath. The staff were very accommodating.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff went above and beyond. The view and locations great. Beautiful & cozy.
Cons: The loud snow groomers at 3 Am in the morning.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was amazing! They were all so nice and accommodating! They all took COVID precautions seriously! I highly recommend!!
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I couldn’t be happier with the New Sheridan Hotel! The staff is beyond amazing, they make you feel right at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathrooms and closets are spacious. Finally, the location!!! Right on Main Street Telluride, and a short walk to the gondola. We loved everything about our stay here and I don’t have one bad thing to say.
Cons: I guess the only thing that would have made our stay better would be having a small fridge and coffee maker in our room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, super friendly staff!
Excellent 9.0
Cons: PARKING
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location is prime for the village, and the facility is quite handsome, very well maintained. Plan your parking ahead of arrival, or suffer the consequences.
Cons: Coffee maker in the room would be huge
Excellent 10.0
Pros: okay
Cons: you definitely should have a handle bar on the wall entering the bathtub/shower....it is dangerous
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Our stay at the New Sheridan Hotel was very comfortable. We picked this hotel because of its history and central location. The room was cozy, as we opted for a smaller King room since we were going to spend most of our time outdoors. The highlight of the room was the heated floors.
Cons: One issue with our room (and I'm not sure if this applies to all of the rooms) is that it had a transom window above the doorway. While frosted, it still let in a considerable amount of light so the room was never completely dark. While I'm sure this is all part of the character of the hotel, I would recommend they add an adjustable curtain or something to help block out the hallway lights.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location. Cleanliness. Restaurant/bar on site. Appreciated the humidifier and option of noise canceling device. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: The glass over the door let too much light in at night.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fabulous location in downtown Telluride! Easy walk to everywhere. Great restaurant on site, rooms were huge, and it was very comfortable.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: This is a very cute restored hotel, centrally located in Telluride. Everything is within walking distances. The only room for improvement would be to include a mini-fridge in the room.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Super comfortable and beautiful old hotel. Great service. High price was a negative and the cable was broken. I did not get to watch tv, but my breakfast was free. 5-star service. Great rooms and charming feel.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: The new Sheridan hotel is a beautiful building with a great location right in downtown Telluride, you walk outside and are right in the downtown street with beautiful mountain views all around. The inside of the hotel was lovely, it had this great old time feeling and was beautiful. The room was very nice and very clean, it was comfortable.
Cons: The hotel room while beautiful and clean was so tiny, for what we paid to stay there for two nights I couldn't believe how small it was, the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. They also advertise on their website that they have hot tubs, I called the front desk to ask how late they were open and the guy told me they didn't have hot tubs and when we tried to go up to the rooftop deck, the door was locked but we could see hot tubs up there. I just thought it was interesting that he said they didn't have any when we could obviously see them, it's one thing to say they're not open right now but why'd he have to lie?
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was the best!
Cons: The hot tub isn't open in the winter...which is the only time when you would want it.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: location was great and rooms were clean
Cons: noise from bar went until 130AM on Saturday night. Rooms were cramped

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location, parking & ease of getting into the hotel without concern of steps/ ice
Cons: Location
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The restaurant was good but limited seating.
Cons: Makeshift lobby, room assigned to us had as view directly into window of another room. Staff assistance nonexistent.
Poor 1.0
Cons: construction on the floor and a smell of dry wall and paint was very bad. They never stop working all weekend .
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Beautiful location
Cons: I didn’t know the hotel was undergoing renovations
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It is an amazing hotel, in an amazing setting, with amazing staff. You would have to try to have a poor experience.
Cons: Nothing
Okay 5.0
Pros: Main issue was the value of what we got versus what we paid. The room we had was ok but had very poor lighting and a terrible view (courtyard with no view of the beautiful mountains). Staff was ok, but not terribly friendly. An exception was the valet folks. All were very helpful and cheery and kind.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location and ease of movement around the village and Telluride.
Cons: The breakfast choice of the Black Iron was disappointing. The special skillet was tough meat, flavorless, and cold toast.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The Madeline was above and beyond our expectations. The fitness room had more than we needed, the pool and hot tubs were the perfect temperature with a magnificent view of the mountains and sunset. The complimentary s'mores was a nice touch as well.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: size of room; hot spring accessibility-robes provided
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The 4 hot spring redwood tubs with all different temps were awesome! The HS water is amazing. Cozy room was great, super clean, radiant heat is very cozy, unique hand-made custom details were nice (compared to typical homogenous hotel furnishings), fridge & micro, complimentary fleece robes for walking to/from hot springs were great, beautiful view all around, very quiet location (no road noise), staff was friendly.
Cons: The strong bleach smell in the room was intense, especially for all of us that are chemical sensitive. The red & blue lights on the tv and flashing light on smoke detector were problematic for sleep (the beds face these)- an option to switch the tv lights off or cover them would be helpful.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room is comfy and warm.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hot tubs, the snow, super clean
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location. It is just off of the main road in Ouray and close to everything.
Cons: I did not like that the hot tubs didn’t have a sign up time for use with the rules of social distancing. Instead there were long lines to sit in the tubs for 15 minutes and we didn’t get the chance to sit in one the evening of our anniversar
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hot tubs are built into canyon area. We were able to watch deer walk right by. Location is perfect for biking, hiking or simply walking.
Cons: Note: Bikes are not allowed in the room. THey have secure areas for your equipment. Breakfast was packaged pastries. The town is pricey on all meals (no food chains,or local grocery stores), so be prepared with your own snacks or ready to eat foods.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location was great & staff was very friendly
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location and the private springs. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. Overall it is a great place.
Cons: The rooms were smaller than average and overfilled with furniture. At this price I would expect a larger room and teaming up with a local restaurant for free breakfast would be a good idea.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location right in front of the box canyon falls! Those are amazing and their hot springs!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Hot Tubs were nice.
Cons: The carpet was was dirty.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, comfortable, beautiful location, onsite hotsprings
Cons: slight polyurethane odor from recent repairs. Not enough to be uncomfortable
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was on point here. Even the other guests were welcomin and nice.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The hot tub
Cons: The stairs
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful, telling us where to eat, hike, and shop. They even gave us some history. We stayed on the courtyard, lovely. The hot tubs were fun and we got to visit with other guests. We never saw a frown.
Cons: I can't think of a thing not to like.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location, staff, quiet atmosphere, private hot springs, free breakfast, waterfalls.
Cons: no
Excellent 10.0
Pros: All of staff was very helpful and nice, especially Matt (I think that was his name). Rooms are comfortable and clean. I love the private hot springs! I've never had a bad experience at this Lodge.
Cons: I wish every room came with robes and slippers.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location for accessing the slopes was superb. Ski valet service at property made it very convenient. Requested a better view with Mountain View and staff made efforts to move us to improved room as was described at booking.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Setting, upgraded room, staff, location.
Cons: Plastic free (water bottles and shampoo)
Good 7.9
Pros: The staff was outstanding in every aspect of our expectation. Our luggage was lost and they were great about seeing to it that we were informed when it arrived. The breakfast layout was second to none that we have ever experienced!!!
Cons: The late night false fire alarm was trying. However, I do appreciate the concession. the biggest complaint that we have is that the bed is far too hard for our comfort. I am not sure but it just seems way too hard and we hardly slept all weekend.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Besides being treated like royalty, everything.
Cons: I went through Booking.com to try to add another day onto my reservation. Booking.com said I could not, that I would forfeit the booking and be charged a 100 percent cancellation fee. I called Lumiere and they were happy to extend my stay.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Stunning hotel. The staff was amazing. I cant wait to come back and stay again.
Cons: I wish I was staying longer
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Telluride is an amazing place to visit for starters! The Lumiere was beautiful! The boutique style hotel was perfect for our weekend getaway. The room was larger than most. The valet and front desk attendants were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was set up in a buffet style but there were not any hot items except the option for toast or bagels. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This extraordinary boutique hotel was a perfect mix of elegance, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service! Everyone from the valet to the front desk exceeded our expectations, and made us feel like we belonged here. Absolutely cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the staff.
Cons: Having to leave at the end of our stay...

Excellent 10.0
Pros: They were very accommodating especially with our pups.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean comfortable and no Icelandic designed room. I walking distance to restaurants and shops. Lovely outdoor sitting area just outside the room.
Cons: Never figured out how to use the air conditioner and one night it was pretty well warm. So better instructions on how to use it would have helped.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This location is excellent
Cons: It was perfect
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nicer than the pictures, quiet, convenient to downtown, exceptionally clean, and very friendly owners. We’ll be staying here again!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I was so happy that it looked like the picture. Sometimes the pictures look better but this room was gorgeous and comfortable. Was very close to town.
Cons: We had the King sized bedroom number 1. The only thing that bothered us was the fact that the room above us was noisy. It sounded like a heard of elephants when they were walking around. Luckily we were lucky that they went to bed at a decent time instead if staying up all night.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Friendly, accomodating staff.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Beautiful hotel with a quaint and personal feeling to it. The room had a wonderful view and a little balcony to enjoy the outdoors from. Only a 5-10 minute walk to all the shops and dining downtown as well as the gondola. Very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking to visit Telluride!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The hotel staff was super friendly. I had a massage and the therapist was so professional and did a wonderful job. The man who greeted us and helped with parking was awesome, too.
Cons: The hallways looked a little dated but nothing bad.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The hotel very clean. Because the house keeping always clean up the room every day! The staff very friendly. I like telluride. We just use town bus to round the city and it’s free! And we just walk a couple feet to reach the town bus from the hotel.. The garage very safe. And i will back to this hotel if i come to telluride in my next trip!! ❤️
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Had a quick stay here! We were passing through and decided to rest up one night- we were very happy with our stay and wished we were there longer. Very walkable to town/restaurants/gondola. Beautiful lobby (we were there around the holidays) with a wide variety of teas/coffee. Room was exceptional and super comfortable! We loved the small balcony and thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor spa (they let you sign up for a time slot). COVID protocols were followed the entire time. Another highlight was the indoor car parking!!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: No breakfast offered. Drivers were really great about trash orting us.
Cons: Beds doubles and not queens...aND truly too high for me to get into without a chair or jumping...simply ridiculous.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very nice hotel, extremely clean, great view. The staff was very nice.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location and balcony
Cons: Cleaning during covid restrictions.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean and elegant.
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Size of property, location, accommodations.
Cons: All was good.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great service, cozy lobby, just nice enough without being too fancy. Wonderful buffet breakfast for a reasonable price. Great place to stay for ski vacation.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: very nice
Cons: Small eating area and small pillows that get flat
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel was very clean and all the staff I encountered were very friendly. It was nice to stay a dog-friendly hotel that actually catered to and acknowledged our dogs. I would definitely stay here again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Views and location
Cons: Parking not ideal, really small spaces. If you don't drive a small car, park elsewhere
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful rooms and hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We have stayed in several places for several years in Telluride. This hotel has the best hotel beds you will ever sleep in period.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Awesome Place, what I call an old fashioned hotel. Big rooms, great decor, friendly staff and pet friendly. Even had a sign up to welcome our dog. It was off season so the restaurant was not open but the staff drove us to anywhere we wanted to eat.. Loved the balcony allowing us to sit outside with our coffee.
Cons: Bed to high
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Everything was great! Staff super friendly, helpful and awesome!
Cons: The bar only had two types of draft beer and no bottled beers . They need to add a few more....
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Beds to high!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location and decore were beautiful, really liked the balcony on our room.
Cons: Wished this hotel had better access to food on site.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The hotel was very nice and cozy. Room was spacious (once we got in the correct one). And location was ideal.
Cons: The check in staff seemed confused about our room. After the 3rd try we finally got in the Junior Suite room we had reserved. There was a "welcome bag" on the bed with water, sunscreen, pain reliever, chips and an inexpensive mp3 player. We often get these at various resorts so we thought it was a nice touch. Turns out the bag was meant for a wedding party but there was no name tag on the bag or any indication it was for a wedding. Upon checkout, my husband, 13 year old son, and myself were independently grilled about what happened to the bag and the contents of it. I even received a vm from a staff member. I consider this extremely unprofessional as this was a hotel error by not having their room assignments correct. On another note, the shuttle driver was very nice, pleasant and helpful.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: I'm in hotels about 75 nights a year for work and this was my first time in Telluride, and the hotel was great in every regard, but the staff is what really made this hotel a 5 Star place, especially Ron and Niko. The streets were covered in snow and ice and Ron and Niko toted us everywhere in town in the suburban shuttle. They were so friendly and knowledgeable about Telluride and just couldn't have been a better representation of the town. Can't wait to go back!
Cons: The breakfast in the little restaurant was pricey and the food wasn't that good, I'd recommend exploring the town for breakfast places.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: My husband and I had never been to Telluride. As I looked on Kayak this hotels price and pictures caught my eye. It was exactly how the pictures looked. The rooms were beautiful, the staff was very helpful and they have a free shuttle service to take you wherever you need to go!
Cons: Only one thing that left a bad taste in my mouth. We woke up Saturday morning at 9am to order room service and the person who answered was very rude and said "Were not doing room service right now, were understaffed and extremely busy!" Then hung up....when we walked by the restaurant an hour later it was closed and empty?

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location,room, garage,
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Camel's Garden is now our favorite hotel in Telluride. Breakfast was great, staff was great. AND our DOG loved the hotel. Great location for shopping and walking. We aren't skiers but we love the place. We WILL be back.
Cons: It was off season when we stayed so the check in was a little slow (just a little). Otherwise, great!
Good 7.0
Pros: Breakfast was terrible. A few snackbars and yogurt each morning was it.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Quick access to gondola.
Cons: My "balcony" was a first floor back door to a dingy area frequented by homeless drug addicts. So I kept it locked with my gun at my bedside. Restaurant ordering, especially mixed drinks, was a very stupid setup.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, friendly staff, right next to gondola loading area, quiet, 10%discount for spa treatments, spa located near lobby. Fireplace in room. Robes provided for hot tub/sauna. Great breakfast included.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: There are wonderful perks with this hotel.

Excellent 9.0

Cons: I’d have appreciated a mix of different pillows. I don’t do so well with down, not enough neck support.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great staff, cozy suite/room, awesome restaurant, great location

Good 7.0

Excellent 8.0
Cons: Breakfast was a la cart. No coffee pods In room
Excellent 9.0

Poor 1.0
Cons: So we drove almost 4 hours in a snowstorm all to get here to find out we didn't have 24 access to the hot springs for one.....and keep in mind this is on valentine's day for my spouse ! Also I had made a reservation for the day after valentine's day for a couples massage and wake up to a call at 9 am from the therapist at the spa saying one of the therapist called in sick and that they could only do one of the 2 of our couples massages ! This is the second time in a row they've done this two is at the sage spa ! We won't be coming here again ! Totally disappointed
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The setting.
Cons: Great place!
Poor 1.0
Pros: It was in Ouray
Cons: Not too n the building by the hot springs. Off in back of a far flung building. 2-3 inches of ice build up in the tiny parking area. Bath tub light fixture hanging from the socket by two wires.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Beds are comfortable. Location is awesome!
Cons: Did not like being in their new building. Was the Victorian hotel. Building was far from hot springs. Breakfast is a sad grab and go bag. Robes would be nice for the long walk to the hot springs but cost extra. Hot springs are only open from 9-9 not 24/7.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great time at the pools and convenient location. Slightly over priced for the smallness of the room with two beds and bathroom, and lack of usual amenities (due to COVID of course) but should be reflected in price.
Cons: Thank you.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved everything about this place and our stay! Plan to come back next year!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The springs and pool were great, the bed was comfortable though could hear a lot of thuds and muffled noises as late arrivals came. No Grab and Go breakfast as stated on your website.
Cons: Breakfast as described on site
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This place was great. We weren't happy with our original hotel and booked this for the last night and spent the whole time wondering why we didnt spend the whole trip here. The hot springs are worth it alone!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very nice hotel. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, decent experience. Hot springs were open. No complaints. We would come again!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The charm of it being in the mountains and the hot springs
Cons: The blood on the carpet in our room and the ice outside of the door that hadn’t been salted. It was also further from the downtown than we thought
Good 7.0
Pros: Easy access and convenient.
Cons: Very easy to hear neighboring rooms voices and noises.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: clean, comfortable, staff
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean, very comfy bed and great pool
Cons: The breakfast was really bad. I know they can’t do a buffet because of Covid, but giving us a small packaged muffin and a granola bar was pretty pathetic, not filling and not good. We stayed at lower star hotels on this road trip that gave us a hot
Excellent 10.0
Pros: location and hot springs
Cons: n/a
Excellent 9.0
Pros: We loved the location. From our room we had incredible views in front and a river in the back. Room was clean and beds/pillows comfortable.
Cons: We did not get to use the hot spring facilities. It opened too late in the morning and not late enough in the evening. I think this was a procedure due to COVID 19.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location, restaurant and pool/hot springs.
Cons: The room had a smell of throw up. Other than that great place to stay
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Private hot springs, service, and tiki bar food on site
Cons: No
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room size
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Management was responsive to my need to cancel second night of stay due to a death in the family. Despite the circumstances, my stay was a positive experience.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location is great and the rooms are clean BUT ...
Cons: The breakfast facility is way too small, very uncomfortable since too many tables are set up and you are lucky when you get a table. The hot springs are way too hot and you can't put more than your toes in the water. I will never stay in this place!!!
Good 7.0
Pros: Great views.
Cons: Sent kids for ice cream. $23 for 4 cups of ice cream. A bit overrated as they would not eat as they selected vanilla and was strawberry cheesecake flavor. Rooms are looking a bit worn.
Good 7.0
Pros: Stunning grounds full of beautiful flowers. Wonderful healing hot mineral baths open 24 hours. Snacks including ice cream and hot drinks available in the lobby.
Cons: The check in was ridiculous. Though we tried to check in over a period of 3 hours, the staff repeatedly told us that their "system was down" and they put us off, sending us away, until we were finally allowed to check in late in the afternoon.
Okay 4.0
Pros: I liked that we were able to use the hot springs and pool whenever we wanted with the 24 hour access. However, the lights turned off after midnight and it was difficult to see where the pool and the outdoor hot spring was.
Cons: When we booked our trip, we thought that we would be staying at the hotel- we ended up staying at the condos down the road from the hotel. At first we were excited that we will have access to a full kitchen and living room as well as a hot tub. Once we had booked, we learned that we would have to pay additional money in order to use the hotel's hot springs and have breakfast. Once we arrived and checked in, things took a turn for the worse. The condo was older and not well maintained. The hot tub was drained and not in use. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The wifi didn't work and when we called the front desk, we were told that they didn't think that the wifi ever worked in our particular unit and gave us the wifi password for another unit. The trash was not emptied from when the previous people used it, which made us wonder if the sheets and towels were also clean. After paying the additional amount in order to use the hot springs, we went late that night. There were very few people at the pool and hot springs, which made the experience enjoyable. There were very few clean towels left, which was fine considering it was 11 pm. We returned the next day at 1 pm and there was the same amount of clean towels as there was the night before. The indoor hot spring is missing tiles and looks rundown. The outdoor hot spring is covered in algae, which you end up taking back with you once you leave. Had we been able to see the facilities the night before, we might have rethought our decision to use the hot springs. It's possible that our trip might have been better had we actually stayed at the hotel instead of at the condos that the hotel uses when they are full. It would have also been better if we had known that we would be using the condos when we had been browsing places to stay. A little more transparency would have gone a long way to enauring that we got what we paid for.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I love that the pool and hot tubs are available to use 24 hours. The free hot breakfast is great! There is laundry on site, as well as a gym. There's also free wifi and it's pretty good as long as the weather isn't too bad. Same for the satellite tv.
Cons: Not all rooms are the same! At first we were put into a very small room with the tv beside the bed, instead of across. I did not like that at all. But the staff was very nice and we were able to switch rooms. Parking may be an issue if the lodge is fully booked.

Cons: noisy children in other rooms nearby and in the halls.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was tremendous, always kind and helpful. The location is perfect. The room is lovely and far bigger than expected. Everyone had good space, so we were not on top of each other when we wanted dontime. The staff was very good with cleaning and COVID guidelines, much appreciated! We will be back.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Stayed in a one BR suite. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious. The bed room was short on drawer space. The bathroom layout was nice with a separate shower/water closet area. The gas fireplace was delightful. In this era of COVID there was no daily housekeeping service; however, housekeeping was quick to respond to requests for new towels, coffee, toiletries, etc.
Cons: I assume this suite was a privately owned unit. The furniture selected by the owners was too large for the sitting room area. Floors not covered with rugs were very cold. The resort did not offer any onsite breakfast option - not even a pick-up and go. We ended up grabbing breakfast in Mountain Village several mornings.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing experience, ski in/out, great service since the beginning till the very end.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Wonderful room. Unfortunately, because of Covid, there was only takeout. The last night, the women at the bar were more accommodating than previous night staff in that I could get a glass or two of wine instead of buying a whole bottle. The prepacked margaritas were not to my liking, and I guess because of Covid, they couldn't make a custom Margarita. Their shuttle to the market plaza was always helpful, with some drivers more friendly than others.
Cons: I couldn't get wine by the glass or custom made drinks. The heater in the room makes a loud bang at times, but they assured me that's the way it works. They had no takeout options for breakfast.
Okay 4.0
Cons: Room was extremely small. Fire place didn’t work.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location couldn't be better. Rooms are fantastic. Staff is wonderful. Food is great.
Good 7.0
Pros: Close proximity to the gondolas 🚠
Cons: There was no mini fridge or microwave
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was very cozy, and conveniently close to the market store and gondola.
Cons: No complaints here.
Good 6.0
Pros: The property location is beautiful and Gondola into town and unexpected bonus
Cons: We changed rooms, because of extremely noisy neighbors, doors in-between rooms do not stop any sound, the hotel staff was very accommodating. Small rooms are extremely small, just be prepared for that. Mattress was extremely bad.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location is perfect! A little gondola ride away from the town ski village and yet a bit quieter. Beautiful views, a market nearby.
Cons: Not one thing. Really!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The 1 bedroom apartment was cosy, very lodge looking as it’s supposed to look. The bed was comfortable, the fireplace gave a nice holiday allure. Having a proper equipped kitchen at our disposal was nice. The location is great, since there is a nice trail close by, stroller friendly and a marketplace within reach.
Cons: The thermostat was a bit off, we had it on high almost all our stay, but it didn’t provide enough warmth. The fireplace was the primary source of heat. The bedroom door kept making noises when opening and closing. The main lodge was closed, the restaurant and the gym were closed as well, so I feel like we paid for more than what we got.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great staff very friendly and helpful. Charming chalets great quality of the build and nice details. Defiantly will be back
Cons: Heating didn’t work in some of the rooms but the staff reacted very fast and brought some heaters.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location was breathtaking. Staff was great, even though it was COVID crazy rules. We had everything we needed.
Cons: I only wish we had gotten a room with a fridge and a microwave . It would have been nice to not have to eat every meal out.
Good 6.0
Pros: Great location
Cons: No available on site parking, no housekeeping services, rooms incredibly small
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The views, the full kitchen, fireplace, and the entire property was amazing. It was also a 5 min walk to the market and gondola in order to go over to the town of Telluride.
Poor 1.0
Cons: During our stay a student party took place on the hotel grounds. Neither the pool nor the hottub could be used by other guests. We were quartered in the same building as the students and they celebrated until 5 o'clock in the morning. It was very loud.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Beautiful view from the room, comfortable bed, easy walk to the nearby gondola that goes to town, relaxing hot tub and sauna.
Cons: The lower level room didn’t let in a lot of light and the hallway could get a little noisy from other guests and the housekeepers. Complementary breakfast, or a voucher for the restaurant, would have been appreciated.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: location
Cons: power outage
Good 7.7
Pros: It was a nice, basic mountain lodge. Clean and had a great patio view.
Cons: Definitely more for skiing season. The room had one bedroom and a small living room that was small/slightly uncomfortable to hang out in. A better place if you just need to sleep.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Difficult to describe the resort. We arrived late and no one was there to check us in. Keys were left. Easy to access and everything was in order. We were there just to sleep and up the next morning to next location. Overall everything was fine.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Accessible to slope, and the Gondolas. Very clean and beautiful.
Cons: Although I didn't really need to interact with staff, I witnessed some troubling customer service. Get angry at them, and they get angry right back. Made it a little awkward waiting to ask a question with a guest and person behind the desk yelling at each other.
Good 6.2
Pros: Staff was friendly and tried to help . . .
Cons: The room (which we could not see when reserving on Kayak) was literally the smallest hotel room I've ever seen - a glorified closet actually. We also could not determine if it had one queen or two doubles - the fact of a single double proved highly difficult for my 19 year old daughter and I since it literally took creative engineering to fit the cot in the room . . . all this for only $200+ per night . . . buyer beware
Excellent 8.6
Pros: Mister in room for dry air. Tub size. Bed comfort.
Cons: Price. No stopper for bathtub.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing views with great access to the town via the free gondola. Pool has amazing views!
Good 7.3
Pros: Great bed, hot shower, great views
Cons: Staff was a bit young and really unprofessional. A huge party over 2 days took place at the common area with blasting rapping music and 100 college aged kids taking over the pool and hot top so a 30 something like me wasn't able to relax in the tub at 10pm after the days activities. The staff didn't try to stop anything from happening. Would not stay here again.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great place loved our stay
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff was excellent. They accommodated requests and always seemed ready to help. And, we just enjoyed speaking with a number of them. Mason, the night shift person working the front desk was especially helpful.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Beautiful view, nice hotel, ski in ski out.
Cons: But, understaffed because of the COVID pandemic. Restrictions really diminished the experience we were to have in a beautiful place. Room service very limited.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Limitations imposed by COVID pandemia
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Super friendly staff. Were able to accommodate a view request and even upgraded to a very nice room for our anniversary trip! Bar/restaurant staff were great as well and I do believe we will stay here again in the next few years
Cons: Only being able to park through a valet charge per night
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The spa, workout facilities and both pools were wonderful.
Cons: The beds were quite soft. Our room was close to the atrium and the noise from there was quite loud. We finally complained at 12:30 am, but were surprised that the hotel staff didn’t ask them to quiet down earlier. We also had a room next to a barking dog
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Beautiful views, walking distance to gondola. Friendly staff.
Cons: Decent amount of mold in the grout and ceiling of the bathroom shower. Charged $25/night resort fee and $24/night valet fee not known at time of booking. Pool/ hot tubs closed at 8pm. No microwave in room. Too warm at night with no A/C.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location and view.
Cons: Valet is expensive.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Spectacular views, easy access to Mountain Village shops and the gondola, good recreation facilities, including outstanding gym and indoor/outdoor pools. If you like hiking, there are numerous hikes within walking distance, ranging from fairly easy to really challenging. We were there last week of August, which is a slack time for visitors, so had no difficulty finding reservations for any service we wanted, either at the hotel or elsewhere. The property is well maintained, and we had excellent weather, so spent considerable time outside. The staff are friendly and try to be helpful, although there are clear variations in experience level.
Cons: The first room we were given was a disaster. The hotel switched us to a second room quickly, but the construction in the next door room sounded like multiple jackhammers operating simultaneously. Hotel staff understood why they needed to move us to a third room, but should have known about the construction next to the second room before putting us there. The third room was attractive, with a great view and balcony, but the air conditioning didn’t work and the mattress on the bed was very worn and uncomfortable - made sleeping difficult. With a good mattress and better climate control, the third room would have been great.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great staff! Room was spacious and modern. We hated to leave.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The view from out room was breathtaking. We loved the nice sized balcony.
Cons: Hard to navigate the pool areas.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Location was amazing.
Cons: When I showed up it was dirty. They had painters tape on the closet doors and a half full cup of coffee sitting on the counter. The bathroom fan didn't work and there was no remote for the TV.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: Hotel staff was not at all hospitable.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The hotel allowed pets which was nice but I might as well have just gotten him his own room at the pet fee rate they had. Valet gentleman in the afternoon Was the only person on staff who was friendly to us
Cons: The staff was not accommodating at all at pretty much out right rude. I get that they might not want to be there but at the end of the day if a customer is paying to stay at your establishment then they are helping pay your paycheck.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location
Cons: No AC
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful location
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: No air conditioning left the room stuffy. No one told me no a/c so when I adjusted the thermostat from off to 68 it began to heat up. Heater only. Wife and took showers and there was no cool setting, so after a blistering hot shower I was done.
Cons: No A/C and open balcony didn't cool it down enough. View from hotel was nice. No food available after 9pm, so pack a snack if you missed dinner.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was very accommodating, and the location/views are amazing! Additionally, the gym and spa are one of the best I've experienced...
Cons: The rooms did not have an air conditioning unit, which they probably don't need 95% of the time. Even with doors wide open and overhead on high, the night temps were quite high. However, this would not sway my decision to stay here again...
Good 6.0
Pros: Big, very nice
Cons: Internet was down and offered as one of the amenities. Extra charge for this and all usages at workout room, pool (which closed at 6:30pm) and we could not check in until after 4:pm. Extra charge for car $24 a day??? All we did is sleep there 1 night.
Good 6.0
Pros: Location of the restaurant. Great sunset views.
Cons: Master bedroom had NO views, stuffy environment due to no AC so bedroom was uncomfortable and had no top sheet?? Really? Chose to stay in a king suite . Turn down services not available and bell staff didn't offer to carry my bag into hotel? Cmon guys!!
Good 7.0
Pros: Awesome views. Excellent breakfast buffet ($19). Room was nice. Staff was excellent.
Cons: The room was too warm and turning off the HVAC panel still kept it hot in the room. The beds were extremely bad for this price range. They were clearly worn out, hence my lower rating.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Hotel service in general has improved since our last visit. We asked for a few different items for our room and we received them within 5 minutes.
Cons: Terribly disappointed in the restaurant change. The food at the new place is not very good. Sadly they no longer provide service to the main lounge area either. I had a very bad experience with a rude bartender as well.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location Telluride beautiful. Across from Plazas and gondolas. Convenient.
Cons: First room stunk of Carpet Fresh. Second room had midget window, not what I reserved. Finally got correct room 3D time. Awful noise. Kids running around. Walls banging. Nearby elevator noise. Loudest housekeeping carts in world. Cocky Mgr.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very personal service. The general manager was very personable and always making sure everything was going well and guests were happy.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Just how nice the room was, especially the bathroom with separate large tub and a great shower stall. Lovely view off my balcony. Friendliness of ALL staff to go an extra mile and I was there at HIGH occupancy! Perk as refrigerator, good size of room.
Cons: Valet parking should be less or included
Good 6.0
Pros: The view from the patio and the size room. Location of resort. Staff very friendly.
Cons: Yes. Charged resort fee but the hotel was holding a wedding that closed many parts of the hotel Also very noisy. Hotel should have waved the resort fee.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The surrounding grounds. The atmosphere
Cons: Yes our room had a balcony which was great. The problem it was next to the road. Traffic extremely noisy.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Big 3 lane indoor Lap pool, nice outdoor pool, excellant weight room, free gondola to town, comfy bed & sheets.
Cons: Tub cold water faucet handle broken. Goofy coffee maker insert in wall, inconvenient outlets.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Water turned off for 5 hours, sheets changed every three days, staff not helpful, trapped in an elevator yet they continued to use it,took two days to empty trash from my room, very hot room, no a/c,no consigere to help me,charged for two days I was not there
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Great staff, location, spa facilities Got a great deal last minute
Cons: Resort fee is annoying - just include it upfront Room felt a little dated - bed surprising uncomfortable (too soft) for a 4-star hotel. I had 120 hotel nights in 2015, and this was less comfortable than any of them Still four stars because everything else was good
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Great facilities
Cons: Staff needs a bit of training. Service was only so so.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location was great! You could walk the store, downtown, to the ski lift with in 2 min. Perfect location!
Cons: The breakfast was different but with COVID the hotel was just following CDC guidelines.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The host was incredibly helpful and personable! The room was adorable and clean. The shared spaces were perfect for our needs. Thanks so much to the staff!
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Good location
Cons: Too expensive for what you get.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great property and close to the main street. It is an old building… Hence the name “Victorian” but it is super clean! Staff is friendly and had free parking.
Cons: No microwave in the room.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We live this place as it is so close to downtown and the gondola. Parking is very limited but not bad and they offer carry out breakfast.
Cons: The beds are a bit hard for my liking and in the rooms you can hear EVERYTHING going on around your room
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Excellent location. We were there for Christmas and the staff could not have been more festive. They gave us treats of brownies and scones.
Cons: Not enough parking
Good 7.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Lack of working electrical outlets
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Easy check in great location.
Cons: Nothing at this price point in town walk to everything, one block from lift it is a great three star option parking is somewhat limited.
Poor 1.0
Pros: We could not control our own temperature in our room. It was freezing when we got there and burning hot in the middle of the night. The shower faucet did not work. The fire alarm went off twice during the night. When we c complained they told us it was an old building. Very expensive too
Cons: Only the location is good
Poor 1.0
Pros: Covid travel experience has been not enjoyable.
Cons: Hotel
Okay 4.0
Cons: The services were limited due to CoVi. Breakfast in a bag, no clean towels, no trash pickup. We were not informed of the reduced services. I asked for a reduction in the room rate The l desk person said she would talk to the manager. Still
Excellent 9.6
Poor 1.0
Pros: ———
Cons: Yes. Rating was low because this is NOT a Victorian Inn. NOTHING Victorian about it. The first floor is a basement!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Wonderful location, clean and cute rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. This was the perfect spot for our stay in Telluride!!!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great place
Cons: No
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The location. This is a 5 minute walk from the hotel to anything on the main street. It's even closer to the FREE Gondola over to Mountain Village. You could not find a better location in-town Telluride. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hours are limited.
Cons: There is no parking NONE.I've pad $-- a night for room like this. Not $--- a night, not ever. There's a dorm fridge, balancing a microwave. Room is too hot to sleep and in the basement. The fans that you can ask for don't work. There is no A/C.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location was very good in terms of access to downtown Telluride.
Cons: Room was in need of serious updating. No A/C and the window fans were essential but only 3/4 worked.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location. Other than that NOTHING. Should get comped a free night elsewhere or a full refund.$---???!!!
Cons: For $--this was the worst I have ever experienced.no central air/heat, tv did not work, 5 minutes to get hot water. No toiletries. Person at night answering the phone (checked in late) very rude and should not work there period. No help at ALL.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was perfect for our family of 4 in a Cozy Cabin. We loved the location and the breakfast was great. Staff was super friendly and the room itself was great.
Good 7.0
Pros: The location was great and house dog was adorable. One staff was super helpful and friendly.
Cons: The coffee wasnt served until 7:30, which for me, is a litlle late. And noise level pretty loud but worth the savings if you dont need the sleep.I travel with my own flat pillow-hint. Overall nice stay.
Good 6.0
Pros: This was just fine for our one-night stay in an otherwise expensive town. The quality of the sheets and towels was excellent, bed comfortable. The minor issue that we had was dealt with quickly and courteously.
Cons: Tiny. No curtains to block the light that is on all night. The TV is directly above the microwave, which is sitting on the mini-fridge. The outlets barely grip whatever you try to plug in. I'm guessing they have more expensive rooms with nicer amenities.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location, free parking, friendly staff with good recommendations, excellent free breakfast in the morning.
Okay 4.0
Pros: The location is near downtown
Cons: There are 6 parking spaces for all the numerous rooms. Parking is on the street and difficult to find. The hotel says it is handicap accessible but to check in you have to go up 8 steps. Breakfast is 3 small tables in the lobby with cereal and a roll.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: 100 yards from gondola
Cons: there is no elevator for grandma
Excellent 9.0
Pros: great location, within walking distance to many great restaurants, shops & the gondola.
Cons: layout to the office was a bit maze-like and the breakfast area was quite cramped.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location and we had a cottage which was larger than a regular room.
Cons: They advertised a breakfast. There was rarely anything but cereal, sweet rolls, & Coffee. Staff was not on top of refilling pastries, cream or coffee. They did disclose it was a complementary breakfast however not a full or continental.
Good 6.0
Pros: The location is good. It is a no frills place to stay. Basic room. Parking is on the street. You will need a parking permit from the front desk.
Cons: Service could be better. Slow check in. No elevator if you need one. I would consider this a "ski "room. They get beat up.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Close to lifts and that is about the only good thing...
Cons: Very dated & noisy
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very positive experience with great staff and location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfortable room, a hot tub and a perfect location!
Cons: Nope, we loved it!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great Locatioin.
Cons: Great Location.
Good 6.8
Pros: Great locationn one block off main street
Cons: Updated old motel. Pretty standard room , generic. Noisy guests. On street parking worked out bur did not like absence of any storage for our bikes that sat overnight through a storm.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very nice staff! Friendly and good breakfast. Clean
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, Great location.
Cons: N/A
Good 6.8
Cons: Noisy
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I couldn't be happier with my stay at the Victorian Inn. The staff is super friendly and made special accommodations for checking out. The room was immaculate and clean. The Inn is right next to downtown and the gondola making everything super convenient.
Cons: The only issue was that I didn't stay longer.

Pros: A second bathroom in the suite was an amazing surprise! Couldn’t ask for more comfortable quarters! Breakfast consisted of coffee, tea, juices, and donuts.
Cons: Firm pillows would’ve been ideal for me personally, but I’m probably in the minority on this.
