they want extra charge for everything. I lost the car key and they want to charge 21300 bhai just for the spare key. which is too much I even paid 500 bhat per day extra for full insurance of the car still they want me to pay 21300 bhai and very rude staff they said you have to accept the charge or we will report to the police. I even said I am ok to pay but has to be a reasonable amount but they not ready to listen just repeating that it is company policy and you have to accept no matter what.

Cons:

We found the whole experience easy, the car was in excellent condition. One minor comment the entrance/exit signage at the centre could be clearer.

Bad. Was not aware there was going to be a security deposit. In addition the security deposit has to be placed in the card that is used to rent the vehicle. The rental cost and the deposit was greater than the credit limit of the card used to rent the vehicle so they declined to rent to me. I am still waiting on my refund of the cost of the rental after nearly a month.

Cons:

the lady who got the car back was telling me assertively that the rented car too has some damage due to the rental cars stepping platform touching a parked scooters side when there was no such damage. she just kept saying it. very unprofessional.
