I loved the look of the main floor, the design was incredible. I also liked that shower in my hotel. The bed sheets were very comfy. The staff were very friendly, I asked for an late checkout and they were able to accommodate by 1 hour with very short notice which was impressive.

This location has no parking, you’d think after paying the price for such a hotel, you wouldn’t have to pay for “self serve” parking. I would understand valet parking, but not self serve. Also, the A.C in my room was incredibly loud and felt unrefined. Every-time it would turn on, me and my partner would wake up (which was quite a lot). The T.V is also pretty small when compared to other hotels around the GTA and what they have to offer.

    Location is great.

I didn’t think there was anything special about the service. Just ok.
