Loved the car - easy to handle and small enough to get into those tough tight little spots. allowed us to tour the beautiful countryside. Great gas mileage.

Pros:

ease of rental - and staff was extremely helpful

Cons:

the office is a bit off the regular path, but still very manageable to find.

Hertz was closed! We had a reservation to pick up our car on a Saturday. We arrived at 1pm and this location is closed on weekends!!! Hertz is closed on Saturdays in Tours France. Unbelievable! We never got our car. But they charged us for it.

They get off work at 17:00. If they had more parking space, we could just drop off the key if we ran late. But they don't, and we would have to pay a lot of parking fees if we can't find parking ion the street n front of their office.
