Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's breakfast variety and amenities such as the large baths, pet-friendly policy, and souvenir shops. However, several reviews highlighted negative experiences with service, including overcharging and unfriendly staff, as well as cleanliness issues like unpleasant odors and stained linens. Noise from other guests and the overall dated condition of the rooms were also common concerns. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel was appreciated for its location, value, and some positive staff interactions.
