Pros:550. Flight to Washington d.c. was cancelled, the 950 am flight also cancelled because the airplane had a fuel leak. We were boarded then asked to get off the plane. 3 hrs later were on a 4 hr cab ride to Boston to fly to SFO and get there at 9pm. Worst flying ever I'll be complaining and blasting them for the rest of my life. Nwcwr use this garbage airline again.

Pros:Crew was friendly.
Cons:Small plane so we had to bus out to the tarmac and board in the rain. Fine. Sat for 3 hours on the runway waiting for the storm to pass. Not the best but at least there was a good reason. Then when we land it turns out the luggage had been sitting outside the whole time we were waiting to take off. Not ok! Everything in my bag was drenched. Had to stay up an extra 2 hours drying my suit with the hotel hairdryer for a wedding the next day.

Cons:The plane was too small....and they dirtied my luggage. I gave one star because there was no food only something to drink and a small snack also there was no entertainment.
