Pros (+) The location is nice. On the boardwalk. Ocean view with balcony. Within walking distance to everything, which was the reason for our stay at this location for the past several years.
Cons (-) Rooms are showing signs of disrepair. Lose ceiling tiles, mold in the bathroom, water damage on ceilings, bed linens no longer white. Breakfast this year was mediocre or not available at all and breakfast staff was rude. Breakfast was "served" until 10am (buffet), but there were no eggs, no milk, the potatoes and sausages were overcooked and cold at 8:45 am. This repeated on day two at 9:20. When ...

Pros (+) the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. the location was convenient and centralized. i liked my upgraded room.
Cons (-) i didn't like having to park across the street because of very low clearance in the parking garage. i only drive a normal truck and it wouldn't fit because of height.

Pros (+) We loved the view from our room and balcony. We found that the staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Great location. They had a good variety of foods for breakfast and did a very good job keeping everything filled up. We would come back here for another vacation.
Cons (-) The kids didn't like the hall-ways. Hot and very narrow. The parking garage is tight but nice to be on the same floor you are staying on. Someone put a scratch on my car..

Pros (+) Close to the water & right on the boardwalk, the rooms wee well kept and tidy.
Cons (-) The free breakfast buffet was horible, we ate it our second day, I should have known better I'm usually against buffets all together! It gave me severe food poisoning & I was bed ridden 2 of the 4 days we were there! Never again!! Steer clear!!! Yuck!!!! Also elevator was extremely slow sometimes wiring up to five minutes..

Pros (+) Waterfront balcony was a huge plus. Gym, free parking, and breakfast included. Decent price.
Cons (-) Could have been cleaner but, was not bad overall. The parking garage had steep ramps that may cause some vehicles to bottom out.

Pros (+) Location is prime! Seconds to the beach and close to main strip attractions, food and entertainment. The staff were more than helpful and a pleasure to see. Very clean rooms with a great view. Pool, fitness area are very nice! Everything is setup to make your stay as easy as possable.
