They have ZERO empathy for you.
Pros: Sadly not much on this experience .
Cons: Missed our flight by 15 minutes at checkin (even though the plane hadn't even started boarding yet). They made us but a brand new ticket and was TWO DAYS LATER. They refused to let us fly to a different city, or try a connection, or anything. It's as if they were thriving on our misery. So when they say be there "three hours prior"... they really mean that. Volaris is ridiculous.
