Bathroom wasn’t very clean-floor dirty. No kleenex in room or bathroom and only 1/3 roll of tp with no backup roll. Only one night so no biggie and it was cheap. Heard tons of noise from room above us. Would not stay again.

Pros (+) Check in person at front desk was fabulous.
Cons (-) Hate to even mention this, but the warm "greeting" cookie was hard and cold. Room not made up morning after we arrived even though we did NOT have Privacy tag on door after 9:30 a.m. When we returned in the evening and found the room unmade we called the front desk and were informed that housekeeping came by at 9:30 and again at noon and the privacy tag was on the door.
