However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including reports of roaches, unpleasant odors, and outdated rooms. The breakfast was widely criticized for its poor quality and lack of variety, with several guests stating it was not a real breakfast. Service received negative feedback, with mentions of unhelpful or unfriendly staff and problems during check-in or with refunds. Overall, while the location and price were appreciated, cleanliness, breakfast, and service were major concerns for guests.

Only issue was addressed and resolved quickly- a burning smell in the hallway-which was just someone who microwaved a plastic plate and burned it.

Amber, Aug 2018
Pros (+) You get what you pay for and it was one of the lowest cost.
Cons (-) Dirty, run down, chipping paint every where, customer service ok but not great. Really disappointed as I’ve stayed at other HoJos and they have been nice. Unfortunate that this location has been allowed to become so run down.

Pros (+) Price
Cons (-) Staff told me when I made this reservation on the phone that it wouldn't be available but when I drove there it was so there does need to be better communication between the facility and the booking agencies
