Cons (-) Rooms smelled like cigarettes, floor was always damp and dirty had to keep shoes on in the room, broke. AC, broken TV, COCKAROACH!!!, ran out of hot water when showering. Would never recommend or go.back agsin EVER!!!

Cons (-) It was well over 90 degree and air condition did not work and I would like to also mention BED BUGS!!! Found a different hotel in oakdale and had no issues there.
Pros (+) The desk clerk was friendly
Cons (-) Carpet was dirty, pillow cases stained, walls dirty, toilet dirty, sink and vanity dirty, lamp shade missing, sticky substance on microwave and refrigerator, crack at bottom of door opening, strong odor in room, people loitering outside of rooms, in one hour saw three police cars drive through parking lot. Cancelled after one night. Would not recommend this motel to anyone.

Pros (+) The only thing is probably location.
Cons (-) I reserved a room for a double bed but when I got there, they told me the room isn’t available anymore and someone messed up. So they gave me a single bed and lowered the price. Upon getting there, the place smelled like cigarettes. Not just the area but the room itself. Nothing was mention about smoking or nonsmoking.

Cons (-) Dirty. Smelled bad. Broken TV. Terrible bed. Bedsheets were ripped. Staff were rude. I read some other reviews of the hotel that were positive and it is not comprehensible how anyone could ever refer to the place as clean.

Cons (-) Non smoking room smelled so strongly of smoke that it was hard to sleep. Beds were terrible and there was white stains all over the bedding. Absolutely disgusting! Avoid!

Cons (-) tub didnt drain. Non-Smoking room reeked of heavy smoking. I had to purchase and empty out a bottle of febreeze just so I could sleep. Trash littered throughout the hotel grounds. Very thin walls and could hear people yelling all night. Will never again stay here...
