Pros:Excellent flight, on time and with a friendly pilot who landed like very few pilots land.
Cons:The purchase did not appear on the computer and in spite of having paid with Amex I had to pay for a suitcase. I did not fly with Alitallia Express, It was Aeroméxico.

Pros:Nice selection of beverages available. Left right on time! Even though the seat was a bit uncomfortable the leg space was adequate.
Cons:I had a really really bad time while landing, my ears felt like they were about to explode, I had a nosebleed. I've never experienced this before with other airlines. I think it's because the aircraft is not as modern as other ones I've flown in. Meat wrap could've had a bit more meat. Window cover kept closing on its own. No screens with entertainment for each seat available. Long layover in Panama :( My luggage was damaged, and it took forever for me to finally get it at the airport.

Pros:we loved everything about our flight. the crew was really nice, the pilots did a fantastic job. we barely felt when we took off or landed. overall it was a great experience, will definitely be flying with copa again
