Flight was delayed by 3 hours. The pilot made up 1 hour during the flight, but that made the wait at the airport 5 hours once you factor getting there 2 hours early.
Amazing comfortable chairs great snacks super friendly staff pilots did excellent job. Smooth sailing all the way. Definitely be flying United more.
Poor seating comfort, seat cushion too thin, very uncomfortable. My luggage didi not make the flight due to equipment change. At least. United had it delivered the next day. I was without my toilet items for one day.
There was either a baby who pooped themself in the seat in front of me or someone who kept farting. It smelled like human fecal matter for the last hour of the flight.
How they treated my luggage was horrible. And foods are not edible… Flight attendants were not listening my request. Etc
Due to a cancelled flight the day before this flight only had 44 people. Best flight ever on international route. Food getting better. Can United provide fruit ex apples and bananas for snacks? Crew fantastic.

Plane was older and terribly uncomfortable but the leg room was good!
I forgot to pre order gluten free on a 16 hour flight and I am pretty sure the crew raided their own lunches and first class to keep me fed.
I declined a wheelchair in Vienna as I was told it was a short walk. However, though I "boarded" the bus first, I was at the back when we got to the plane. There were steps up to the plane and no-one helped except the stewardess as I was near the top of the stairs. She found a better seat for me also.
They cancelled our flight the morning of departure at 4:30am.
Horrible connection in Heathrow on flight to destination. Flight missed due to delay on incoming flight. They did rebook us, and then that flight was delayed 2 hours. They don’t post gate info until 45 minutes to departure time which can cut it close if you have to take a tram to your terminal gate area. Then our return flight was completely cancelled. They notified us at 4:30AM. They rebooked us on a different airline and a different fare class. We were completely screwed. Travel day ended up being 30 hours. I will never fly them again.
Coach seats are too tight. Seem designed for small people. Food different but OK. Staff helpful.
Excellent. Very nice and comfortable business class. Only negative is that it was difficult to hear the pilot’s announcement.
Overall, terrific service, accommodations, and experience. Only reason comfort was rated lower was because it was difficult to keep a comfortable sleeping position for the overnight flight, but I also had an economy seat.
The FA told me that the dinner was vegetable curry which turned out to be vegetarian (tofu) which I don’t care for but that was the only disappointing part of my trip.
Emergency row seat less comfortable than promoted. Restricted by emergency life raft storage.
Everything was fine except my screen wasn’t working and I was unable to watch any movies or TV. Staff tried 3 times to reboot it, without success.
