Flight was delayed by 3 hours. The pilot made up 1 hour during the flight, but that made the wait at the airport 5 hours once you factor getting there 2 hours early.

Amazing comfortable chairs great snacks super friendly staff pilots did excellent job. Smooth sailing all the way. Definitely be flying United more.
Poor seating comfort, seat cushion too thin, very uncomfortable. My luggage didi not make the flight due to equipment change. At least. United had it delivered the next day. I was without my toilet items for one day.
There was either a baby who pooped themself in the seat in front of me or someone who kept farting. It smelled like human fecal matter for the last hour of the flight.
How they treated my luggage was horrible. And foods are not edible… Flight attendants were not listening my request. Etc
Due to a cancelled flight the day before this flight only had 44 people. Best flight ever on international route. Food getting better. Can United provide fruit ex apples and bananas for snacks? Crew fantastic.

I forgot to pre order gluten free on a 16 hour flight and I am pretty sure the crew raided their own lunches and first class to keep me fed.
The crew had to deal with a hostile customer who would refuse to allow the passenger in front of her recline her seat. I thought the situation was well handled by the crew involved and it ended up being a smooth flight
Overall, terrific service, accommodations, and experience. Only reason comfort was rated lower was because it was difficult to keep a comfortable sleeping position for the overnight flight, but I also had an economy seat.
The FA told me that the dinner was vegetable curry which turned out to be vegetarian (tofu) which I don’t care for but that was the only disappointing part of my trip.
Emergency row seat less comfortable than promoted. Restricted by emergency life raft storage.
Everything was fine except my screen wasn’t working and I was unable to watch any movies or TV. Staff tried 3 times to reboot it, without success.
Terrible seats. Cabin crew were the only good part of my BA experience.

Crew was attentive and friendly. Plane was comfortable. Bathroom was not very clean, but that is to be expected.
If you want the worst airlines and worst staff - British airways. They only know how to loot - as they always have throughout their lifetime of ruling countries etc.
Was diverted to Aberdeen, then had to take a three hour bus ride to Glasgow. No one met us when we arrived here and I never received a hotel.
