Given my recent full hip replacement, I got a manual but had every expectation that I was getting an automatic. I managed through it, because I had to. Else, if I had time and opportunity to argue and go elseware I would have. I will not get stuck like this ever again. Also, I reported that the small car pulled to the left and the rear disc callipers were scraping loudly.4.0 Mediocre

Clean vehicle, fuel efficient, easy to book same day, short walk from terminal to pick up the car. Purchase the middle rate insurance for piece of mind and the price from 4 days was reasonable. Ended up having to add an additional day which was easily done by calling the rental counter at the airport.Cons:
The only thing I can complain about is the entrance into the rental car return is VERY poorly marked. This isn't hertz's fault, but rather the airport's fault.Alamo

Lady at the desk was helpful , initially the rates were sky high whe we just walked up but after booking via Kayak we got the same car from the same lady at more than half the price !!Cons:
Use Kayak to get good hire car rates and avoid just hiring in person at the airport car hire desk.9.6 Wonderful

Pros:
From pick up to drop off, the Europcar team was great. After returning the car a few minutes before the office closed, I realized that I left my prescription sunglasses in the car. We were flying back early the next morning, so I could only pick them that day. I ran to Europcar and was able to catch the last employee as he was leaving the garage. He called the other representative to let me into the car. She came back to allow me to collect my sunglasses. Really went above and beyond! Would recommend to anyone.Ace Rental Cars
