Bed was huge and very comfortable, staff were very very friendly.
Room still had previous guests personal hygiene rubbish. Paid for guest parking but not explained how to use properly and got stuck in Wilson’s car park.
The bed was big and comfortable.
The noise from outside was terrible.
The convenience of been so close to all amenities. Front desk is very helpful and polite.
Nothing to to with the hotel, we loved everything about it it was Adelaide's nightlife that was a downer for us, voices and car noises echoed and traveled up and we could hear everything. The hotel did supply earplugs which was nice but didn't do much.
Felt it was advertised falsely. Pretty old and worn down rooms. Heavy smoke smell through out. Bank Street isn’t a very nice street. Definitely more of a low budget backpackers.
The staff were friendly and the location was very central, right next to Rundell mall.
The air conditioning was cut into the window in a way that allowed cold air to come in to an already cold room and the vent in the ceiling was very dusty which wasn’t ideal with having allergies.
