Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, with many highlighting its proximity to shopping centers, restaurants, and public transport. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, including dirty rooms and bathrooms, unpleasant odors, and pest issues. Many guests were also dissatisfied with the lack of breakfast, despite the hotel's star rating, and some encountered problems with service, such as unhelpful staff, booking issues, or room allocation errors. Overall, while the location is a major advantage, improvements in cleanliness, service, and breakfast offerings are needed.
