Hired a Suzuki swift. The fuel economy was fantastic. The suspension/ tyres were harsh for a car with only 11,000 ks on it. Other than that it’s a great little car.

Value for money. The car was clean and reasonably maintained.

Cons:

The pick up and drop off point is not at strategic location although shutter service was provided.

Staff were friendly and proffessional.

Cons:

Given my recent full hip replacement, I got a manual but had every expectation that I was getting an automatic. I managed through it, because I had to. Else, if I had time and opportunity to argue and go elseware I would have. I will not get stuck like this ever again. Also, I reported that the small car pulled to the left and the rear disc callipers were scraping loudly.

Pros:

Lower priced than the more well known rental companies.

Cons:

They charged my credit card a mysterious fee with no explanation more than 3 weeks after I had returned the rental, on top of the rental costs already incurred.

They are very nice and helpful. I was a little confused as where to go as they have a shuttle to the airport, but are not physically at the airport.

Booked car hire, received confirmation via email. At time of collection received another email stating our booking was cancelled. Claimed to be located at Adelaide Airport, is in fact 10mins drive from airport. Customer service nonexistent.

I had to cancell within 40 hours of the hire date due to unforeseen circumstances. Your 48 hour cancellation policy is out of step with industry standards and blatantly unfair. I will never use your company again.

retty poor for an airport rental company. Should have read reviews first as I wouldn’t have booked with them if I had. Arrived at Adelaide airport and called for the shuttle bus and was told that the last one had left, they were about to close and I wouldn’t be able to collect the car until the next day!? WTF Nowhere during the booking process did I see that you need to be at the shuttle LATEST 5:30pm If that happens go to, I suggest going to the Budget rentals office at the airport. They had the best price and vehicles compared to Avis and Hertz (who wanted $500+$100 bond for 3 days small car rental) 😳

Very cheap car hire. Unfortunately pick up/drop off not located at the airport. Was a bit of a mission to organise shuttle pick up unable to get through on number provided on website. Man was quite rude when we returned the car, we advised that the tyre pressure was low as came up on the dash, he was quick to say we must have popped the tyre. Didn’t appreciate his manner, however no issues during handover.
