We stayed in the Inn side which is cheaper but still had access to the Hotel side for the pool, tennis courts, gym etc. Breakfast was excellent lots of choice. Our room was very large and the minibar was great value for a change. Air con and wifi both worked well. It was a bit dated but clean and good value. The best part was the receptionist Veronica. She helped us change our flight by calling the airline in Spanish and spent a lot of time and effort making multiple calls and said for us to go have breakfast while she took care of it. Fantastic customer service.
Our shower head kept coming off the hose part. Lighting in the staircase poor.

The staff were very friendly and helpful organising my shuttle to the airport and as I hadn't made a note of the room service number they said they'd order it for me to save going back and forth. Nice pool and the restaurant offered a decent selection of food for breakfast. The room was massive!
