Location
Food debris in hallways, smell of smoke (weed), worn out carpets, glasses left in hallway not picked up. Light from hallway came in room. Leaking toilet.
Amazing staff. Location is inside the CNN vomplex and across the street from the Olympic Park and the Coca Cola museum. Within the same block is the new Mercedes Benz stadium and the Aquarium. Walking distance to the MLK center.
Parking fees are about $30 in the hotel while it is about $10-15 for 24hrs on surrounding parking ramps.
That we were close to the aquarium
Valet is horrible, checkin is ok nice but if you are tourist they should inform you of events going on. Complimentary WiFi is no free it means $10 a day. Valet changes their in and out sign on a daily basis. My Atlanta trip would have been better if customer service was more spot on at our hotel. We will not be returning to Omni or Atlanta.
Location
Noise!
rooms were spacious and clean.
parking was outrageously expensive at $45 a night.
Great visit
Service, accommodations. The concierge sent my son a special desert w balloons for his 12th birthday!
Location is key
Hotel is located in the middle of everything.
Rooms are starting to become outdated. Older hotel.
Location and design.
Pool was filthy and beds were uncomfortable.
Good hotel for a good price
We were very comfortable and had a great stay. The price is very good considering the amenities that come with it.
The staff knocking on the door during a nap to obtain our dishes from breakfast (that we were still nibbling on at 11am). It was not a deal breaker and probably something we should have realized would happen.
Horrendous experience
Location is good, and the view is nice. That’s it.
We got robbed, the room was really noisy and had mold in the bathroom. It wasn’t clean, the staff wasn’t helpful at all. Parkings a disaster. Not typical of the Omni brand. It’s definitely not worth your time or money. stay anywhere else.
Very convient to convention center
Easily accessible from airport by MARTA- came in during snow storm and had no trouble getting there by train
Nothing
Influx of Hurricane Irma refugees
I can definitely appreciate the hotel opening it's doors to people displaced from the hurricane in Florida. Staff seemed to try their best with handling off situations.
The worst part of our stay, of several bad occurrences, would be the valet parking. It was pure chaos. In one situation, we waited 45 minutes after calling 10 minutes ahead. We missed our reservation because of it. Front desk apologized but for the high cost of valet parking offered no discount or refund for the inconvenience of their staff.
