Didnt go ahead with purchase, Avis staff was rude and tried to charge us £200 extra without telling us, on top of this he charged us almost 3 times the amount shown on your website

We showed up at the dollar location which was run by hertz, who insisted on selling us a different more expensive package as they did not honor the one we purchased online from dollar, including the insurance. The same thing was happening at the two counters next to ours. It was a take it or leave it situation. It’s a scam, never again
