Positive: Having security there that took the iID’s of visitors was a very, very good safety precaution. Negative:There were rare small insects in the room, which could be something you always find in the tropics.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it ideal for those wanting to be near entertainment and city attractions. The staff and service receive positive mentions for their friendliness and willingness to help. Breakfast is often described as good, with some guests highlighting the buffet and attentive staff. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, particularly regarding bugs and cockroaches, and there are repeated complaints about the slow or unreliable Wi-Fi. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its value, location, and service, but could improve in cleanliness and internet quality.AI-generated from customer reviews
