Pros: It was close to town centre (only took 5/10 mins to walk) the hotel was easy to find and also was very nice to look at from outside.

Pros: Hotel is in great location for site seeing and getting around Bath.Hotel room was very nice. Concierge and desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Buffet selection was impressive especially with the additional made to order options. The breakfast staff was so wonderful that they even served me when I mixed up the times and arrived late. They were very professional and friendly.

Pros: The standard of service staff were very helpful . Location is brilliant a very short walk takes you into Bath and most importantly a comfortable bed.

Pros: When booking online, thank you for phoning to confirm the booking and schedule time of arrival. The staff were friendly and clear about the procedures upon arrival, and welcoming at breakfast time. I came to stay 1 night, before attending a wedding on the next day. The Bedside Browser book was excellent in content, and together with leisure brochures, I used my time to walk around South East Bath. I explored the Abbey, the shops in a few streets, the glass blowing shop, gardens and the river Avon. The room was in good condition for the evening spent watching bbc Comic Relief. Tea-making facilities and bar downstairs were excellent. The bed was comfortable for sleeping. Nice view from the window, onto the gardens.
