Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything especially the breakfast, staff were brilliant 👏
Cons: ???
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Parking facilities are really good. Location very convenient for wherever you are heading in Southampton. My room was lovely, clean, spacious, tea coffee facilities, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, nice breakfast, helpful friendly staff. Nice little lounge downstairs and garden. Really enjoyed my stay, was a little home from home. I would certainly stay there again.
Cons: The public areas/ hallway are very basic, just boarded out which made me concerned it wasn't going to be a nice place but the guest rooms themselves are lovely so I was happy.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Janine was so professional and receptive to our needs with a lovely approach and attention. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable and big. Breakfast was very good and so were the staff. Deffinitely coming back next time I am around Southampton.
Cons: No complaints
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Good room, clean, spacious, bright and nice.
Cons: Less options for breakfast for pure vegetarians who don't eat egg
Excellent 9.0
Pros: very clean, Good breakfast. staff very friendly. would use the Regent Hotel again.

Good 7.1
Pros: Good breakfast, staff friendly. Afternoon staff not especially familiar with points of interest-but wifi available. Fair value for cost. Nice sitting room first floor with pleasant patio. Walking distance to many restaurants. Would book again-if traveling alone
Cons: Thin walls-easily heard tv from other room-loud for heard of hearing guests til 10:30.

Poor 1.0
Pros: You and ourselves requested that the property contacted us. And yourselves. They Never did. Our cruise was cancelled and we just wanted to talk to them to see if they would move the date. We would not have argued if they had said no but the fact they would not talk to us really upset us. We are convinced they were not open and would therefore not risk the petrol to travel there and back . If they had if talked to us we may have considered going anyway and staying an extra Night. But fact they would not engage with anyone has left us totally dissatisfied
Cons: See above
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Breakfast was excellent, Bed was very comfortable, staff all very helpful and polite.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Convenient and free Parking. Staff were really friendly and thoughtful. Decor was lovely. Food was fab. Nice touch with the apple TV, free toiletries and coffee machine. Loved listening to the owl and different birds in the morning.
Cons: Only gripe may be the mattress, but that's just my preference. Too soft.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Everything else! Exactly as it says, cute place with some charm and nice extras like the nespresso machine and Apple TV. Cozy room. Nice staff. Nice little place!
Cons: Carpet in bedroom. Non-working clock
Okay 5.0
Pros: Man behind bar was professional. Check in easy.
Cons: TV not working, pretty important facility in the room. No compensation offered. Restaurant way to expensive. Breakfast finishes too early.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Breakfast was good.
Cons: Mould in bathroom, shower walls had not been cleaned before I stayed. The shower tray leaked. Ex loft so beams were dangerously low, I knocked my head 2/3 times, the Conversion is not suitable. No convenient electrical sockets available. Bed is old and extremely uncomfortable. Carpet was dirty. I do not intend staying there again.
Good 7.0
Pros: I liked the calmness and cleanliness, the unobtrusive efficiency of the staff and the good shower. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet - no traffic noise or noise of other guests. There was an excellent breakfast and check in/check out was easy.
Cons: Television didn't work properly. Having contacted the property to inform them of my husband's allergy to feathers I was disappointed to have to go through the process of discovering feather pillows on the bed and having to go and inform someone to get them changed. However, the person in charge did deal with the situation well and the pillows were changed quickly and with no fuss.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Although we arrived way before room was available we still were allowed to check in, we were going straight out so not getting into room was not an issue. Room was good size with lovely decor. All staff were very friendly and helpful, profession but at same time relaxed. Breakfast was really good, great choice. Probably the best hotel we've stayed at, others have been nice but this hotel just had that bit more. Would definitely return and highly recommend it. Thanx for a great stay
Cons: Only small issue I had was that hairdryer has a spiral effect lead and this made it difficult to dry hair. I have a bad shoulder which didn't help. So maybe take your own hairdryer with you. Other than that, all was very good enjoyable,
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast was very good and the staff were very attentive
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Older renovated hotel with parking close to but not in city center. Had old hotel charm with modern room updates.

Good 6.0
Pros: had every thing we needed.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff very helpful. Good food, clean environment.
Good 7.0

Excellent 9.6
Stayed for one night with another couple. Found the hotel to be very clean. Staff friendly and the rooms were comfortable. Plenty of parking and close to local eateries, and only a short taxi ride away from the gig venue we were going to. Good choice for breakfast in the morning; the hot stuff was hot and all of it tasty. Would recommend this as a place to stay and will return ourselves.
Excellent 9.6
The Staff were wonderful and helpful from the start of our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone.
Good 7.2

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nice, clean hotel. Free Wi-fi. Breakfast included. Convenient location. Friendly staff
Cons: No
Excellent 8.2
Pros: I liked everything especially the staff
Cons: They charged an extra 50 pounds on arrival which was non-refundable, which I didn't know before I booked
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good Breakfast & good service
Cons: The room did not have a nice chair to relax in
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Hotel was modern and clean. We arrived late and the hotel staff was very helpful and even reminded us that the bar was about to close. We were surprised by the excellent quality of the included breakfast.
Cons: It was difficult to figure out entrance to the hotel as the barrier was down to the carpark and it was hard to find the available parking to the side of the entrance. Needed better signs.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: No breakfast
Cons: Bed was hard
Good 7.0
Pros: Proximity to the Theatre (work) was excellent. Having a little apartment to yourself is nice.
Cons: The look of the front of property is a little bleak. Front door, entrance hall, stairs all a bit funny and low quality.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was always available to help when called, and the bed was comfortable and easy to make
Cons: Google maps and other apps cannot find the location very well
Excellent 8.0
Pros: My en suite room was immaculate, with a very comfortable bed, table and chairs, and fully-equipped kitchenette (fridge, oven, hob, microwave and cooking/eating utensils). I was able to park my car off-road virtually under the window, and go to the City Park across the road for exercise. All the staff/owners whom I met were very helpful and friendly. And all this for £35 per night!
Cons: Instructions for the electric hob and the microwave would have been useful, though one of the owners got me sorted with the former and would have helped with the latter if I hadn't said "no worries". There was a lot of noise the first evening (a Monday) from the pub round the corner which had live outdoor music until 11pm, but that obviously wasn't the fault of the Apartments, and probably wouldn't be an issue during the winter.
Good 7.0
Pros: The location of the apartment and its parking space was excellent
Cons: The apartment was not so clean (carpets and kitchen)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Apartment was great. All we needed - coffee, tea etc. Washing up liquid, hand sanitizer, towels, bedding. Oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer. Everything well thought out for a holiday
Cons: Could not fault the apartment, the owner or the location

Okay 5.0
Pros: good value for money decent location
Cons: I didn’t see that it was a shared bathroom and shower and I have anxiety so this made me feel very uncomfortable. Whilst it was my fault this should be made more obvious on the website.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Very Close by to the city. Centre, parking was available at a rate of £5 a day, excellent breakfast, staff member who prepared and served the meal was very polite and charming lady.help was always in hand.
Cons: My main concern was that you could not get a good night sleep, the room was facing main road and right on top of the large bay window 12' X 10' , there was street lamp blaming the full brightness of it straight in to the room and the curtain was a very thin material see through one, I understand that there is nothing can be done about the street lamp but a very thick dark materiel of a curtain would have resolve this problem. I made a comment on the first day of my stay to booking.com
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very close to the theatre which was our reason for going
Cons: More towels in the room
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff, breakfast, cheap price, comfortable. Everything was great. Mostly clean.
Cons: Didn't like the room due to the slanted roof. Couldn't stand up properly because of it. The kettle was a bit dirty.
Good 7.0
Pros: Friendly staff, free car parking space, ease of access to some good local nightlife
Cons: the room was quite small and up 3 flights of stairs
Poor 1.0
Pros: Ok
Cons: Lack of knowledge how to treat customer....had very bad experience never had such experience in my life...not even single staff is know their duties no one is able to give answers for any question asked by customer.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The place it was nice and clean.
Cons: Nothing to say.

Good 7.0
Pros: The location is quite and lovely.
Cons: I had an over charge of 100GBP on my card which was eventually resolved after 8 days with the help of the Booking.com team.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was great 10mins walk to the theatre. Very quiet and had a great night sleep. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. The fact it came with free parking was great. I would definitely book to stay here again
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the sink wasn't in the bathroom it was in the bedroom, which isn't ideal when you've been to the loo and want to wash your hands. It wouldn't put me off booking again though.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great staff. Very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
Good 6.0
Pros: We only needed a bed for the night & for the price this was ok. The room was clean & spacious & well presented. There was ample parking. The room was bed only & there wasn't really anywhere close by open for breakfast on a Sunday. As I say for the price we paid the room was adequate. We arrived earlier than we expected so I rang the owner to see if we could check in early & he kindly came over to see us & sort the keys out.
Cons: The biggest complaint would have to be the shower it really needs looking at as it was not very good. The shower power was poor & the cubicle could do with some attention, though the bathroom itself was clean.
Excellent 9.6
Just stay 1 night for work, was very comfortable and great location.
Good 7.0
Pros: Central, clean and comfortable.
Good 6.0
Pros: Hard bed ,could fee the springs,tv remote not working
Okay 5.0
Pros: Provided a bed fairly close to the centre of Southampton
Cons: Check out was 10am (a bit early for a Sunday) and check in at 1pm. Most hotels have a bit of flexibility and chambermaids might come back to an occupied room closer to the check in time. We had a bang at the door at 10.30 rudely informing us check out was at 10 and telling us to leave immediately. Cheap uncomfortable mattress. No bath as requested just a shower.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We where going to arrive late so they emailed and told us exactly what to do. The woman who own it was very very nice, she also made very nice breakfast
Cons: Nothing it was all great

Excellent 10.0
Pros: We had a great stay at Abbey Lodge, the owner was a lovely lady and was very kind and warm. Our room was beautiful and the way in which the shared bathrooms were staggered meant that we practically had it to ourselves. My boyfriend had the breakfast and said that it was amazing. Thank you so much for a great stay :)
Cons: Nothing! It was a fab location, great parking facilities as well as a lovely and comfortable room and great service.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, only 5 minutes from the Seacity Museum. Easy walk to the town centre. Off street parking. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean and the hostess was charming and friendly. Good freshly cooked breakfast
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location was good and breakfast was decent. The place was clean.
Cons: The whole place stank of dog, even the beds! The beds were so uncomfortable and there was so much noise throughout the night I barely slept. There's no bathroom in the room and the sink was really noisy and every cup and glass had a weird taste to it. We were given the room opposite the breakfast room so everyone had full view of me in my pyjamas leaving the room in the morning to use the bathroom!
Good 7.0
Pros: Breakfast OK. Location very central.
Cons: Bathroom not en-suite.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Bright, clean room with bathroom/shower just outside the door. Host is cheerful and accommodating. Great breakfast.
Cons: It was a bit noisy outside, even with the windows closed.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Excellent value for money. Friendly welcome. Excellent bteakfast
Cons: No ensuite
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Warm friendly welcome comfortable good sized en suite room nice location but tucked away from the bustle lovely breakfast
Cons: N/a
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Breakfast was lovely - home cooked individually, not big trays of food kept warm All very simple but very clean and as stated. - no frill reflected in price and as expected but stillTV, wifi, tea and coffee etc. Brilliant location for town and surprisingly quiet
Cons: A little distance to the shared bathroom. Fine because mid week in November and few others but not sure how many people would have been using same bathroom otherwise
Excellent 10.0
Very welcoming, only 5 mins walk to the centre and train station. Very clean, though is a shared bathroom which was roomy and well presented, during Covid they are letting less rooms so each one has an allocated bathroom for sole use. For the price very surprised breakfast was included. Parking also available on the forecourt for free. Great for the close proximity for town.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: the host was very welcoming and polite will definitely book again and recommend to friends
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Cleanliness and good breakfast. Very accommodating host.
Cons: Mattress not great for my back.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: location
Cons: parking
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Jack was very friendly & welcoming ,would stay again & have breakfast
Cons: pillows a little lumpy..
Okay 4.0
Pros: The host was very nice
Cons: If you are looking for a modern up to date place to stay Argyle Place is not it!! The furniture was very dated and in need of an up grade!! The shower room was just awful, the flooring was ripped and was bubbling up around the shower so I would imagine there had been a leak and the flooring hadn't been replaced!! I was really shocked to come back and find that our beds had not been made and the milks and tea bags had not been replenished!! Also we were in the eves of the house where there was no water pressure so having a shower was a nightmare one minute it was scolding hot then t was freezing cold with no pressure
Okay 5.6
I understand due to lockdown all prices surged like crazy but is too much. The bed was not good at all, too soft and there was some kind of problem with the mattress I think that made the bed being inclined towards one side so it was quite umconfortable. The bedroom was 5 sq metres although that was not a problem for me. They say there is parking but is just front parking for 2 cars. Breakfast was acceptable although coffee was watery. There are 2 bathroom to share. In one of them I didnt managed to get hot water on the other one the shower is the pipe ending with in a diffuser.
Excellent 10.0
The lodge is so cozy and homey. Everything you need are all provided. Breakfast is included with so many options. Lastly, the owner is a very friendly lady. Perfect!

Okay 5.0
Cons: no car park. late check in 4pm!
Okay 5.0
Pros: The presence of a bar at the reception and the food at the breakfast. The staff is professional and friendly. The room was clean. The Hotel was easy to find and to reach from the Station
Cons: The room was cold, and the air conditioning didn't work - the bed was small as well. The TV turns on as soon you insert the card for the electricity, and this is very scary! The coffee was not included in the breakfast, but instead, you had to pay separately to get a proper coffee (from the Costa bar).
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Reception very helpful and friendly
Good 7.0
Pros: great location. spacious room
Cons: bed was not that comfortable & noisy neighbours as adjoining room!
Okay 5.0
Pros: decent sized rooms and clean
Cons: property is quite old, and needs some renovation and modernisation definitely, the bathroom especially is very basic, looks like a hostel type look.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Didn’t have breakfast
Cons: If the hotel had parking closer to it
Okay 5.0
Pros: close proximity for our purposes
Cons: No on site parking or that the bar closed at 10.30pm
Excellent 9.2
Booked through agoda- no issues despite some negative reviews. ( much cheaper than other sites). All fine- good clean hotel, good staff, enjoyed the breakfast.👍👍
Excellent 10.0
Very enjoyable stay. Great staff and basic facilities more than adequate
Excellent 9.2

Stained carpeting in the room and the enamel in the sink was chipped and unsightly. Spoke to staff who said they would look at the room but nothing was done.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: first time staying here and I was really impressed loved every aspect. staff we fantastic also. good breakfast.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great staff comfortable room nice location they were very helpful
Cons: Restaurant slightly overpriced been nice to have complimentary water in room
Good 7.0
Pros: Breakfast was excellent with a good choice. Members of staff were eager to please and pleasant. The King size bed was large and coffee making facilities on offer. Staff at reception were helpful
Cons: We would have preferred a walk-in shower, rather than the one over the bath. The evening menu wasn't extensive and the restaurant lacked ambiance. The room was good for breakfast but not cosy for the evening meal.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Fabulous hotel. Only a brief stay but can only say how surprised and pleased we were . Food was delicious. All 4 of us had an excellent meal and that doesn't happen often. Staff were great and room was very comfortable clean and spacious. Will definitely book again
Cons: Would have liked pot of tea at breakfast rather than self service but that's about it.
Okay 4.4
Booked a deluxe room found out after night one of 2 the agent had booked standard double. Complained to desk staff and didn’t come back to us. Mousetrap begin TV vert fee plugs for devices none by beds. Bathroom door had to be lifted and pushed. No robe ha her just holes in door Put right next to laundry on ground floor so loads of noise each morning. Hot in rooms and air cooling did very little. Tv archaic Philips with no instructions and remote buttons worn. Pool and spa look great but pool pretty cold and steam room not working but sauna was. Lots of potential but disappointing.
Good 7.1
Pros: Hotel very nice. Food.Lunch in the sports bar excellent as was breakfast. The meal at night for the Fun at the Fair party night was served nice and hot. Quality of food was acceptable for the numbers being served.
Cons: Staff weren't very well informed....nobody seemed to communicate with each other on the smallest details, for instance I tried to pay for a breakfast before my spa treatment and was asked to queue at the restaurant - after a ten minute wait I was then directed back to reception where they then said they couldn't take payment....I was losing the will to live at this point...and time was running out so I went without. Spa....facial....amazing .

Good 7.0
Pros: Overall everything was nice
Cons: Rooms were very not spacious, bathroom poorly designed
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room was fresh and modern.
Cons: Modern room but no work desk only a small shelve under the TV , a small table would have done as there was plenty of room.
Good 6.0
Pros: The property was great value & central to shops.
Cons: Just a little dated on decor.
Good 7.0
Pros: Staff were very friendly, and helped us for directions and places to eat.😊👍
Cons: Bad neighbors 😞, knocked on our door during the night and they were noisy, could hear there conversation.
Mediocre 3.6
Appalling cleanliness of room ,faulty appliances and drab and aged decor
Excellent 9.6
To be honest…this is not a new hotel :) But, clean inside , nice stuff, free parking and the best bed i ever sleep on!!! I rested better than in my own place. Breakfast is ok, quality like in weather spoon but buffet so I think is with it, the closes weather spoon is in the city. Bournemouth is around 50 min if you leave early enough. You could find better but price forgive everything else:)
Good 6.0
Hotel 20 mins from the centre...the area itself is good for shops, restaurants etc. Hotel pleasant enough.
Okay 4.8
Room facilities provided tea/coffee but the milk had gone off. I reported it, thinking they’d replace them but when we returned that evening no-one had cleaned the room or given us more milk, clean cups etc etc.
Okay 4.0
Terrible cleanliness of the room which consisted of cobwebs, rubbish left on floor, dirty sink and filthy TV remote control with was also faulty.
Excellent 10.0
As above
Mediocre 2.4
Second floor room . No space between bed and desk to be able to use chair properly. Could only open bathroom door 45 degrees because door hit bed. Room lighting poor. Breakfast £9 per person
Mediocre 2.0
We stayed in this hotel for one night. It was nice and clean very friendly staff they even kept our food in the fridge for us as we were going isle of wight the next morning Only thing was not quite right was the radiator was on in July and no air conditioning. Otherwise great 👍
Good 7.6
Good for a one night stop before getting a ⛴
Excellent 10.0
We stayed for 3 weeks staff were really nice and the place was very good value for money definitely stay again in future and would recommend to anyone looking
Excellent 8.0
I don't think for a moment that you could better the price of the accommodation anywhere else in southampton. My son and I stayed for nine nights in a twin room, which was clean and warm, with a wonderful power shower 🚿. The young lady in reception was incredibly helpful. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay again.
Good 7.2
Great location, cheap clean room, not luxury but when you paid you don't expect something luxury, really clean and staff friendly. If you visit CENO, are really good dinner....
Excellent 9.2
Nice hotel, very clean and well situated. A good office given it’s location. I would definitely stay here again
Okay 4.4
Really not good , dirty and unkempt
Excellent 8.0
Pros: A super large bath, lots of bubbles and lots of hot water!
Cons: A little dated, could do with a coat of paint.
Good 7.6
Rare find - proper air conditioning in a newer room, ask for the newer wing of the hotel.
Good 7.0
Pros: Small but comfortable room. Good breakfast. Easy car parking.
Cons: The bathroom is very dated. Furniture in the room rather wobbly. window did not shut completely, left a draft gap and let noise in.
Good 7.1
Pros: The bed was very comfortable
Cons: No disabled parking spaces as these were being used by vans
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Overall the hotel was very good with excellent service. Good value.
Cons: The shower was a little cramped and stairs would be difficult for older people

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds.
Cons: The drive way to the hotel is dark and scary if walking at night.
Good 7.0
Pros: I know how difficult it is to get staff at the moment, but the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: A minor quibble but a heater in the bathroom would have been nice. Oh and it would have been nice if the sign had said whether the eggs were free range.
Good 7.0
Pros: This is a difficult one! The building and the garden area are absolutely stunning. Just as it shows on the pictures. Everything is beautifully maintained. The house is superbly restored with attention to detail. The woodwork, flooring, furniture are perfect and in pristine condition. We had an executive twin room which was of good standard and what I would have expected for the price I paid. Now the problems: On arrival we were met by a rather desinterested receptionist, who couldn't even be bothered to muster a smile. He confirmed that there was no lift to our room - which we knew from the description but we hadn't expected the room to be at the end of a complicated burrow of staircases, steps, left and right turns. All of them uncomfortably overheated. Not great for elderly people dragging their luggage along. After a long and tiring drive we sank onto our appealing beds for a rest when the humming of the air-conditioning in front of our window hit us. Despite the switched off radiator the room was so hot that even the opening of the sash windows didn't make much difference nor did the fun fight noises of several men in the room above us. We had come in search of some badly needed relaxation and this room didn't promise it. So my 77 year old husband trudged down to reception to ask for a different room. He specifically asked for a quieter location. He was offered a standard twin by the unsurprised receptionist who didn't want to make any comments on a possible vicinity of this room to the air conditioning but sent him on his way with another key card on another tour through the overheated burrows of the deceptively large building. He found the room but couldn't get the card working. Back at reception it turned out that the disinterested receptionist hadn't even programmed the card for the alternative room hence it would never have opened. This just covers the first hour at Chilworth Manor for us.
Cons: Disinterested and careless receptionist. Noisy bedroom with air conditioning, noisy deliveries at 7 am and glass recycling staff at 7.30 am on a Sunday morning. Room and hallways overheated, impossible to manually change this - in times of climate change. Extremely noisy, overfilled restaurant with no conversation possible - fled asap after main course. Manageress loudly telling of staff in the morning in the breakfast room in front of all staff - very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok but didn't live up to the building.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Black Friday special, we'll have to wait and see if the price now rockets
Cons: menu expensive for what it is
Excellent 9.0
Pros: High class Hotel with all you would expect of this. clean great service Great Breakfast
Cons: Can't think of anything that you would expect that wasn't provided
Good 7.0
Pros: The gym, pool and sauna facilities were a great addition. The food was delicious! One of the best hotel breakfasts I've had.
Cons: Room was a little worn but comfortable none the less.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything Good value for money , beer cheap very clean , nice and warm rooms , shower nice and hot
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Not enough disabled parking my husband had to walk quite a distance 😒 but apart from that we thought it was beautiful, we especially liked the fire place, and the warmth and comfort of the whole place, will definitely be coming back sometime.
Excellent 10.0

Nice hotel, quiet apart from traffic noise outside. Shame the pool isn't open.
Good 7.0
Pros: Nice looking hotel Room was sufficient and big enough for family Lovely bathroom Beds with comfy just pillows were too soft Only got 2 big towels for family or three had to keep asking for more towels Maid tidied room but took my teabags and flannel when cleaned room not happy Restaurant food was poor average Understaffed Also staff didn’t look clean Evening meal and breakfast was ok but not what you’d expect from 4 star hotel Location was perfect Shame charge for parking though All in all nice stay don’t think we’d stay there again though many more nicer places to stay
Cons: Restaurant Food choices Food quality Staff in restaurant needed to be cleaner looking
Okay 4.4
Booked with a baby and toddler, upon checking I was made aware that the lifts aren’t working and we have to go down two floors with our Prams and luggage for 4 days. To be fair one member of staff helped but we all had to carry a lot just to get to our room. After a busy day is wasn’t there best start. Then to my surprise there wasn’t a fridge to store our baby’s milk, manages to get one delivered in the end. No cappuccino as coffee machine broken. And then come back that day to a room not made up as apparently I needed to request that. So many errors it was a joke of a stay
Excellent 8.4
My first time at this hotel. Reception eve/morning staff very helpful. The only minor thing I moaned about was a/c wasn’t working properly, sink in bathroom not draining and it would be nice to have bottled water! Also old water was left in kettle, not sure how long it was in their. Apart from that I would stay there again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Courtesy is the main stay of this hotel from front desk to the restaurants. My wife’s brother was sick in the hospital and he passed away. It was a difficult time for us and staying at this place was comforting.
Cons: Mone
