Excellent 8.0
Cons: Should allow guests to make local calls from phone in room.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Location
Cons: The WiFi in most premier inns annoys me in this day and age
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Had disability room - good sized.
Cons: Somewhat pushy staff on check-in to add meals.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Excellent service. Very good food. Friendly staff. Clean basic rooms. Good air conditioning. Easy access from terminal 4.
Cons: Long walk from terminal 4 if difficulty walking. No extras like pool or airport transfers. Just the basics, but done well.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Perfectly located in T4 with just a walkway to the terminal. Has large rooms and a 24hr cafe!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great value with very comfortable bed and convenient location right next to Heathrow. Staff were friendly, attentive and efficient. Restaurant meals were excellent.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: My request for a room on a high floor away from elevators was honoured. Staff were very pleasant.
Cons: A couple more coffee pouches -- one cup each on arrival and one each in the a.m. would be nice.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great value for the money. Great customer service. Great Breakfast and great dinner. The ribeye was awesome. Get the meal deal. Convenient to Terminal 4.
Cons: 3.5 miles from terminal 5 to terminal 4. Couldn’t figure out how to take the express train to terminal 4 so ended up taking a cab
Okay 4.2
Pros: It was a regular hotel room, no frills
Cons: Food at the grill was not that good, WiFi didn't work and there was a dirty towel in my bathroom.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Room request was honoured. Room was clean and comfortable as well as being very quiet. We had drinks at the bar where there was a pleasant ambiance and reasonable prices. Very well located for access to Terminal 4.
Cons: A couple more coffee pouches.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The staff are very polite and helpful. They changed my room when I needed it and fixed a couple of other issues
Cons: Be advised, some booking sites require payment on arrival. This was booked by my company. Thankfully I had cash but they did not take Malaysian Ringgit (hotel is looking in to this as they're at T4). Be aware there are limitations on how you can pay on arrival. Card, GBP sterling and only a few foreign currencies.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel was very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Bed and pillows were perfect for a good night's sleep. We were pleasantly surprised with the room and it exceeded our expectations. The room rate was great.

Excellent 8.8
Pros: Room was super clean and bed very comfortable. We checked in early and our room was not yet ready, but they were kind enough to give us a different room which was a kind of a downgrade, but we gladly accepted it as all we wanted was to go to sleep, after a night flight.
Cons: This comment is for Travelocity’s attention: the hotel would not recognize my Accor Hotel membership and would not credit my Accor account for this stay. Neither were they willing to give us access to the Club which is a courtesy they normally give Accor members. All of this was because we did not book directly with Accor, rather through Travelocity. We understand that this is Accor’s policy and not Travelocity’s fault, but, if you want to keep us as customer, can’t you work with the hotel chain to remedy this shortcoming?
Good 7.1
Cons: Entertainment facilities
Excellent 9.7
Pros: upgraded. large king room. easy parkinf
Cons: location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is such a great hotel. I would recommend it to anyone for any occasion. As soon as we arrived the staff helped with our bags and we even got an upgrade to a king sized bed. The room was very clean and accommodating.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Ideal for early morning flight from Heathrow Terminal 5. Did not use it but BA check-in & bag drop would be very convenient if travelling with hold baggage.
Cons: Not a lot!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Gym and Spa was excellent. Obviously easy for plane flights just a gentle stroll, but it worked well for an event in central London also. Caught the last Heathrow Express train at 11.25 in my room by 11.55.
Good 6.0
Pros: The room, the bed and the bathroom were all comfortable and to expectations.
Cons: We had flown in from Hong Kong and were transiting overnight at Heathrow with an 8.20am departure the next morning. After check in at approximately 7.15pm, we stopped by the restaurant to make a dinner reservation for 7.45pm. Even though we could see that the restaurant has many empty tables, we were curtly advised by the restaurant staff that the earliest we could book would be 8.30pm. Given we were traveling with young children and we were all tired after our flights, we elected to go for room service. We ordered room service of 2 burgers, 1 kids fish and chips and 1 kids chicken and chips at 7.45pm. We were advised to allow 40 minutes (for a meal that would take 10 minutes to prepare). After waiting 45 minutes, we called to enquire of the status of our meal. We were told it would be another 15 minutes. They hastily cooked our meal and it arrived at 8.50pm. The children were mostly asleep by this stage and we were no longer interested either. The Pinot Noir was undrinkable. Staff were apologetic. We were not charged for our dinner. The whole experience gave the impression that the hotel trades on its location as the only hotel located at terminal 5.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Sofitel is not a cheap option, but after a long haul flight it’s great to have the hotel right at the terminal. Fabulous breakfast and great soundproofing sets you up ready for the next leg of your travels.
Cons: My case was delayed so I would have liked extra touches expected in a higher end hotel. A bathrobe and toothbrush, comb and hair conditioner would have been nice. Also we were made to queue on checking in as we got stuck behind a plane full of people whose flight had been cancelled. We had a confirmed booking so it would have been appreciated if we could have checked straight in. Staff very friendly and helpful at reception and concierge the following day. I think we were unlucky with a bad patch at check in.
Good 7.7
Pros: Convenient location with the tube just a stone's throw away. Staff are really polite. Place is clean.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Keep up the good work
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was great and had plenty of options for gluten free and dairy free.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Excels at the two things you need most from a hotel:comfy beds with top quality duvets and pillows, and a roomy, hot powerful shower.
Cons: Decor was bland and unimaginative. While the restaurant was excellent, it didn’t justify the silly price it charged.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Beautiful hotel with fabulous decor and facilities. Staff were very helpfuland pleasant. Food wonderful.
Cons: Only complaint was that there was no outside light inthe room. Window looked onto an interior walkway.
Good 6.0
Pros: The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in.
Cons: The main purpose was to have a restful sleep before a flight. The bed made this impossible.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Enjoyed every minite at your hotel. The next time I travel to London I will definitely stay at your hotel because it makes departure from London so much easier.
Cons: None
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Access to Heathrow Airport , comfort & amenities , access to transport to London city by express train or Underground Tube. Ideal for short layover at terminal 5 before continuing journey.
Cons: Only complaint was the cold London weather!
Good 6.0
Pros: the hotel is well placed in Heathrow terminal 5 with a really simple walk to departures. The room was as you would expect for this level of hotel, staff were friendly and helpful
Okay 5.7
Pros: Rooms and bedding very clean. Public areas modern with pleasant atmosphere.
Cons: The check in staff member was efficious and pushy. Was not interested in our needs, was more about upselling to us.
Good 7.2
Pros: Proximity to T5 is first class
Cons: Complicated room lighting arrangements
Good 7.6
Pros: The hotel and restaurants were excellent
Cons: $review.cons
Good 7.6
Pros: Espa and the room
Cons: There are not enough information/indicative signs from airport hub to the hotel
Okay 5.6
Pros: convenient location
Cons: clinical ambiance, no family room offered

Pros: Friendly and approachable staff.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Convenient to Heathrow. Hand a 14 hour overnight stay on way back to Canada from Greece. Very comfortable beds. Rooms looked recently renovated. Usual amenities for mid range hotel
Cons: Breakfast buffet only and fairly expensive for the three optional breakfasts. Elevators very busy at checkout (10:00 am). On first floor and first 3 elevators full. Walked down to lobby twice with bags before my wife found an elevator with room for her to come down with last bag
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Comfortable bed, quiet, complimentary drink on arrival.
Cons: No coffee maker.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Located across from Heathrow property with free shuttle (city bus) to the hotel front door. Quiet comfortable bedroom. Great breakfast ($15). Good service.
Cons: Not very close to local restaurants. 20 minute (easy) walk to closest pub (The White Horse). Cannot exchange currency at hotel. ATM located in convenience store 10 minutes away.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Nice breakfast offered, not included in price of room.
Cons: No transportation from airport when flight is delayed and gets into the airport after midnight. Only taxis at a cost.

Excellent 8.8
Pros: Comfortable bed, clean room, great executive lounge.
Cons: No breakfast available during stay, room corridors smelt musty.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Despite its proximity to Heathrow, the room was very quiet as well as being clean, well air conditioned, and large by European standards.
Cons: Enjoyed the short stay before our flight.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Great Breakfast, friendly staff
Good 7.1
Pros: Close to the airport. Nice comfortable rooms. Executive lounge. Buffet breakfast not
Cons: Not kids friendly. No swimming pool. I am gold elite member several time requested front desk staff that I am entitled to enhanced speed internet but they never hot permission for it. Their generic WiFi was really slow. Although, I was on holidays with my family but I was working and it was difficult to download any attachment
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Extremely pleasant and helpful staff both at front desk and concierge. Tasty restaurant with fast attentive service. Super comfy bed and nice updated bathrooms!!!
Good 6.8
Cons: We had a medical emergency forcing us to cancel stay with about 24 hours notice. Agent conceded system would not let them cancel full cost, but perhaps manager would. Manager was not in until Monday. Didn’t hear back. (Will change score if he messages me and explains my account was refunded.)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We arrived late, 8:30 at night, and needed to print out our boarding passes. We had some trouble accessing the information but the concierge was patient and helped us get the passes printed. The morning breakfast was great. Finally, we needed something mailed and they agreed to do that too. So great service, great locations.
Good 6.8
Cons: Transportation from the airport at night too sketchy, not on time, not following timetable
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Drink and food service was very slow and unorganized in the hotel bar.
Good 6.7
Pros: The room was comfortable and the staff pleasant and helpful.
Cons: The carparks are tiny, and the roads works made access confusing. Also, the extra charge for the internet, guest club and breakfast wasnt really worth the 32 pounds.
Okay 5.0

Cons: Poor quality of the continantal breakfast.
Good 6.3
Pros: Easy access to airport good transportation

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The front desk staff was incredible and accommodating to all of our needs. Rooms were very nice and everything worked perfectly well, very convenient it is right next to Heathrow.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Convienience for early departure and easy walk to the Heatheow Express. Very clean, modern and comfortable.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Proximity to the airport was just what we needed before an early morning flight. Very friendly staff, a comfortable welcoming room and the choice of 3 eating places within the hotel made for a very pleasant stay.
Cons: Nothing worth putting into words.
Good 7.1
Pros: This was a very short stay, got in about 9pm and left at 6am. It was perfectly serviceable and comparably priced hotel. Comfortable beds, quiet, average breakfast buffet.
Cons: My only complaint is that the website doesnt make it clear how far away from the majority of the airport it is. Heathrow is a *giant* airport. If youre not used to these or you've never been to LHR, plan extra time & expect to walk much more than you'd expect. I was traveling with my elderly father & booked this hotel because it was "close and convenient" and he didnt want to take the tube to a hotel. We came in via Terminal 3, and it was a good 30 minute hike (inc inter-airport shuttle). We didnt realize you could call for a cart from Terminal 4 to the hotel lobby & my dad had a lot of trouble walking the distance. The clerk at the hotel told us to plan 30-45 minutes to walk back to Term 3 in the morning, or 10 minutes via cab (20 pounds for a cab, 10 for an uber). The sad thing was, I specifically confirmed the hotel I had originally planned was only a 30 minute tube ride and 3 minute walk away from the stop, so joke was on my dad. Also, room service is quite expensive (which may be the case with all Hiltons or London hotels). Worked out to be about $60 for 2 hamburgers/fries and a cokes.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: clean modern rooms, excellent service
Excellent 9.3
Pros: We were given a newly refurbished room. The food in the two restaurants we dined was great. We did not dine at the Oriental restaurants.
Cons: Everything a bit pricey. Listed as having an airport shuttle, however that is only to terminal 5. You must walk a long distance and take a train to get to other terminals. Hotel Shouldn't be listed as having a shuttle.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Very impressed by the staff, who did everything to make my stay a pleasant one. Outstanding breakfast.
Cons: The Heathrow Hilton advertises itself as being on the airport campus. Well, only just: and after a long walk from terminal 2 to terminal 3 to take the Heathrow Express to terminal 4, followed by another long walk to the hotel, one might be forgiven for wondering if an off-campus hotel might not have been easier and more convenient to reach. It took me at least a half hour, bags in hand, to stagger from the Customs Hall to the hotel. Be aware!
Good 6.5
Pros: Location and breakfast
Cons: Room was in serious need of updating Kind of disappointing for Hilton. I was informed that some sections of the hotel have been renovated. Overall I'll rather pay a little extra and stay at the sofitel in Terminal 5.
Good 6.0
Pros: The room was clean and like most other airport hotels.
Cons: The hotel is located a long ways from the international terminal which in itself isn't bad. The only way to get to the hotel though is to take a 14 dollar (round trip) bus from the terminal to the hotel. The bus only takes British pounds and doesn't take a credit card. This is the only major airport I think I've ever been to without hotel courtesy shuttles. Very disappointed with my 45 minute, 14 dollar commute to a hotel that's advertised as an airport hotel. The hotel also charges 20 dollars a day for internet. It's hard to believe the Motel 6 doesn't charge for internet and places like the Hilton still do.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great staff, thorough and attentive. Very good if flying out of T4.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: A newer hotel, quite contemporary without being shocking. Nice room reminiscent somewhat of IKEA. We stayed overnight between two 10+ hour international flights; I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Great staff!
Cons: The hotel is about a half-mile walk through a metal tube from Heathrow Terminal 4; it might be a challenge for someone with impaired mobility.
Okay 4.2
Pros: Clean
Cons: Room wouldn't get warm. Bed hard as a rock. Shower gets water all over bathroom floor - no shower curtain, just some useless glass that covered about 1/3 of opening. Parking too expensive. Will never recommend this hotel or ever stay there again. Two thumbs down Hilton!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Since we are Hilton Honors, we enjoyed the executive lounge greatly. The room was small but beautiful with all the amenities. I loved the "photo" above the bed, which was a design cast on canvas by a light. The access to Heathrow was key. We would definitely stay here again.
Mediocre 3.7
Pros: Location for late arrival and subsequent early departure from T4
Cons: Had pre-paid premium rate for good room for 2 nights. At check-in no rooms were available and I was offered what amounted to a tiny single bed room with damaged furniture. Was given free breakfast although they knew my check out would be too early. Staff were uncaring and I had prepaid so it was "take it or leave it". I will never stay here again.
Good 7.3
Pros: Missed my flight from Terminal 4 and this hotel is very near Terminal 4 of Heathrow Airport. You can walk across a enclosed bridge, as if you enter the hotel from the airport itself. Very convenient if you miss your flight there.
Good 7.2
Pros: Room great, staff helpful, appreciated the facility to allow access to British Airways.
Cons: Ordered room service - soup / sandwich. Not un-expensive - pretty disgusting - tasteless and most ingredients out a can. Given we'd travelled round the uk and 3 countries in Europe and not once received canned soup - didn't quite expect it at the Hilton - was expecting something of better quality and homemade.
Good 6.0
Pros: The main factor was its easy access to Heathrow Terminal 4, but I enjoyed the efficiency of the service and the comfort, and helpfulness of staff. Prices in the restaurant for dinner were high.
Okay 4.0
Pros: The room was clean and the hotels location was excellent for the airport
Cons: The hotel was poorly managed with regards to ensuring guests were given correct information on facilitiy opening hours, the way in which the hotel add items to your bill from the mini bar even when you have not used them gave a feel that they were only after your money, we didn't find the staff very helpful when making a complaint.
Good 6.8
Pros: their willingness to accomodate my late check-in
Cons: breakfast prices were quite steep
Excellent 8.0
Pros: arrived at 11.30p.m. no problem with check in. linked to T4 by a walkway which was why we chose it as husband was leaving early next morning. Didnt really use the faiclities. Double glazing extremely efficient. Very quiet
Cons: $review.cons
Okay 5.2
Pros: the beds
Cons: $review.cons
Good 7.6
Pros: Proximity to Terminal 4 Great bed
Cons: No

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Initial receptionist was very friendly and efficient with check in.
Cons: Concierge failed to tell us about the free double decker bus to airport. Another worker told us.
Good 7.7
Pros: High quality bedding
Cons: Room was next to ground floor lifts, very noisy at night
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was great. Close to airport and easy access to London underground for travel into London.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful lobby, super nice staff, Awesome bar and both an Indian and steak and lobster restaurant at the hotel. Tons of outlets, including USB outlets for ease. Seems brand spanking new.
Cons: Nada
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Quiet
Cons: Needed update
Okay 4.8
Pros: The bathroom, location, and the airport shuttle.
Cons: Several of their staff were not professional and rude (to be fair, some were good). The fire alarm kept going off and kept waking me up in the middle of the night because somebody was smoking in another room.
Good 6.0
Cons: Noise in lobby from event in hotel was too loud. Made hearing staff at check in difficult.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The atmosphere and the staff were really helpful and really friendly throughout our stay, they made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. The interactive text help service is. A really good idea and helps when you have those little questions you need an answer too.
Cons: I didn't like that the bath wasn't clean, there were hairs in it and dirty marks on the sides of the bath.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: I need back my $
Cons: Back $ pls
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel is close to the airport and is therefore positioned for a last-day stay in the UK. As others have mentioned, the hotel is distinctive and, within the parameters of a franchise hotel, classy. After days of staying in serviceable but well-worn B&Bs, this was a real treat. A tip on transfers to/from Heathrow: while the Hotel Hoppa serves the Ren. Blu,, so do public busses, which are, at that point, free (the Hoppa is not). The London busses depart from the central bus facility at Heathrow, ideal for domestic arrivals. The Hoppa can take you to Terminal 2, convenient for US flights. We used this combo and saved a whole lot of walking with luggage.
Cons: Like many hotels of its size, the Ren. Blu. schedules large events (there were two huge wedding receptions while we were there). If you don't like masses of people in the public spaces around the lobby, you might be furstrated. I have to say, though, that, once upstairs, the revelers were invisible and inaudible.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Rooms are good quiet clean value for the money. The restaurants, particularly the bar, could really use improvement. Food not very good.
Cons: Bar food has gone downhill over the last few years. Used to be better.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very good
Okay 5.0
Pros: good location, helpful staff
Cons: small twin bed
Good 6.0
Pros: On arrival, reception staff were excellent and so helpful. I'd rate those people with 11 out of 10. Indeed the best of any hotel I've stayed at.
Cons: The buffet meal was a wee bit dry and we had to signal a waitress to get table service. There is room for improvement on both these points. This is an observation and not a complaint.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Even though me and my friend arrived early, the hotel let us check inn. The rooms and service throughout the the 2 days was excellent.
Mediocre 3.7
Pros: The location
Cons: Very few staff at the reception, need to wait over 15 minutes to check-in and over 20 minutes to check-out Hotel such as this should not sell or even try to sell daily newspapers this petty !!!!!
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location close to Heathrow and the discounted price are the best reasons for staying here.
Cons: Except for the entry the hotel felt a little run down. The shuttle to Heathrow is only running twice an hour and make a lot of stops. It was faster to use normal public transport.
Good 6.0
Pros: Proximity to the various meeting I had in and around Heathrow
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6.0
Pros: Concierge was excellent, an extra pillow was immediately provided, and the staff in the restaurant were very good.
Cons: The hallways were so dark one could hardly see. No one advised us that you needed to put your key card in the slot to get power!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The friendliness of staff.
Cons: The length of time taken in the restaurant to serve my meal, it was so long I didn't want same when served.
Good 7.2
Pros: The food was fantastic - afternoon tea was superb. Room service excellent. Bed was comfortable and decent-sized bathtub. Porters offered to help us before we asked. All staff fantastic.
Cons: The only thing we didn't like was that the air conditioning made no impact in our room and it was so hot we had to sleep on top of the sheets.
Okay 5.2
Pros: Dinner at the hotel restaurant - Henley's. The atmosphere and surroundings in the restaurant were comfortable and the food was good.
Cons: One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it's a Radisson in order to earn points towards their GoldPointsPlus - but this Radisson is for some reason not associated with GoldPointsPlus - which I don't understand and which was a disappointment.

Pros: Easy check in.rooms great.atmosphere good.
Cons: No kettle or tea making facility.
Good 7.1
Pros: All normal
Cons: If they checked out the cleaning of the room especially the toilet before my check-in
Okay 4.2
Pros: Cool room decor
Cons: Huge noisy party going on all over lobby when I arrived. Couldn’t find check-in desk. Couldn’t hear what clerk was saying because noise was so loud. Couldn’t get WiFi in room but couldn’t call desk because no phone in room. Tried to go back to lobby for information, but noisy partiers marauding in hallways made me turn back and try to get a little sleep.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Good location and excellent value for the money. Staff appears to be better trained than on previous visits.
Cons: Since this is Marriott's deluxe youth hostel brand, younger travellers will probably favor it more than older ones. USB ports in the rooms are too pokey.

Pros: Bed was so amazing! And I’m a neat freak and the room passed my test. It was a journey to get to terminal 4 from terminal 3 late night, so i needed a cab but in the morning i enjoyed a free espresso and caught the train downstairs.
Cons: It is small! So do not be surprised, but if you have more than one person get a larger room than the standard
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Right inside Heathrow, which was very convenient for my eleven hour layover and early morning connecting flight. I loved the clever use of space. Very clean and comfortable, it was perfect for my needs.
Cons: I loved the small size, but I also had seen photos online and knew what I was getting into. This is a micro hotel room, which might not suit some travelers.
Good 6.8
Pros: Very convenient for next morning flight. Staff are very friendly and eager to help.
Cons: Extremely small and only adequate. Can be a little noisy at night.

Excellent 8.2
Pros: Clean and very friendly staff. Right off the airport so great for my overnight connection.
Cons: Was a little noise from the other rooms when they were showering, but not too bad.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: The hotel was crazy huge but not in a good way. Like, I felt like I was in a Hotel California or something. Maybe a few maps in the many hallways, corridors amd wings of the hotel would have been helpful
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We always enjoying staying at this hotel but the refurbished rooms are amazing, the beds are lovely. Hassan took care of everything, a credit to the hotel.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Easy to book and although tight on space it had good facilities and the bed was very comfortable being in the airport there was no hassles with taxis from hotels etc
Cons: for bigger people it is a little short on elbow room
Excellent 8.2
Pros: The room was clean, comfortable but was not supplied hand towels for sink or cloth for body. The towel supply was disappointing. The blankets and bed were very comfortable
Cons: Lodging price was very reasonable but the bar prices seemed high and the 12% added gratitude charge was annoying since the rest of the country 10% was acceptable Was surprised that the Hoppa took so long snd that a taxi was £18 to the airport
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great staff, clean and modern facility, perfect for what it is. If you have a trip in or out of LHR this is a great place to spend the night. I'm happy with the Leonardo brand and have found them to be consistently good in the multiple properties I've stayed at.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: cleanliness, friendly staff
Cons: a bit of a hike to the room, lifts too small
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Close to the airport With bus transportation
Excellent 10.0
Cons: I have no complaints.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location, steps to metro, kind and efficient staff, great breakfast, and comfortable accommodations were all a hit with us!!! We decided to stay there again when we return from Paris in a few days!! Copenhagen is great and the Park Inn just heightened our experience.
Cons: NA
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Liked the convenience of location.
Cons: No heat and bathroom needs to be updated.
Good 7.7
Pros: - Easy Check In - Attentive Staff - Best Hotel Food I've Ever Had - Comfortable Room Overall if you want a hotel that's close to the airport, this is a comfortable place.
Cons: - This could be a positive for some... but it was too close to the airport. Wasn't much to see around the hotel. - Shower head was broken, but still usable.
Good 6.7
Pros: Very convenient for Heathrow. Relaxing and comfortable in the bar area.Staff helpful and efficient.
Cons: Everything was fine.
Good 7.3
Pros: good comfort and close to the Heathrow airport
Good 6.0
Pros: It was convenient for getting to Heathrow in the early morning
Cons: Taxi was too dear
Good 6.3
Pros: Close to Heathrow airport - with cheap shuttle services. We enjoyed dinner in the bar and an ealy night. Rooms are very insulated and although we had a room on the ground floor beside the road the traffic noise didn't bother us.
Cons: I booked a family room - and got a room with a double bed. I assumed that by booking a family room there would at least be a single bed also. I have two small children and one had to sleep on the non fold out couch. It was only one night so I didn't bother saying anything.
Good 6.3
Pros: Comfortable, good location near the airport, clean.
Cons: Paid shuttle buses.
Good 6.4
Pros: convenience from LHR.
Cons: $review.cons
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location and room
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6.0
Pros: Rooms were well appointed.
Cons: Hotel experienced both an electrical and water failure during our 12 hour stay! Breakfast was overpriced at 16GBP with no a la carte option.
Mediocre 3.2
Pros: location
Cons: no power no water no announcements midnight until 9 am
Good 6.8
Pros: Parking was excellent and bed very comfortable and room / bathroom most satisfactory.
Cons: Charge of 4 pounds for the Shuttle bus which was quite a surprise! Coffee pot blew a fuse x 2 when in use causing smoke and TV interruption though the front desk was most speedy in fixing the circuit breaker. Unable to access the wake up call line or so the voice over told me. Otherwise we had a good overnight stay

Excellent 8.5
Pros: Member lounge and lobby
Cons: Rooms and hallwsys are dated. Hard to roll luggage on carpet
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Location is close to the airport and very nice inside. Did not try the restaurant as there is a really nice pub just around the corner. Better value for the money and the food is good.
Cons: A la carte pricing for everything. Feel like they will nickel and dime you if you are not paying attention.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very comfortable rooms, suitable for work and rest, excellent facilities, good food, the gym and pool was an extra added joy!
Cons: Would have preferred a small fridge in the room instead of a tiller.
Good 6.0
Pros: Convenient to airport. Shuttle bus is GBP 8 per person. If 2 people that's GBP 16. Taxi is GBP 18 - go by taxi! Hotel has a pretty good restaurant. Room upgrade is not worth it - rooms are the same as regular (having stayed before in many rooms here). Good gym and pool.
Cons: Only 1 computer station in the exec lounge. Should have at least 2. Lots of times had to wait >30 minutes.
Good 7.3
Pros: Overnight stay at Heathrow, prior ot flight
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location, the services. And we really like the casual coziness of the Barhemia lounge and cafe. We always enjoy relaxing there, watching tv with food and drinks.
Good 7.7
Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quiet despite being located across the street from the hotel.
Cons: n/a
Okay 5.0
Pros: Close to the airport, quiet, well cooked breakfast, excellent Italian restaurant
Cons: far too expensive for a transit hotel, no warmth, bereft of human kindness in architecture and facilities, matress well worn, so poor nights sleep before travelling, need a second mortgage to buy food and especially drink
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We only had a overnight stay in the heathrow Marriott so none of the above catagories apply, Nevertheless our short stay was very comfortable, and I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6.8
Pros: Family room was offered hence we could stay in the one room as a family.
Cons: Price of the restaurant

Pros: Close to the airport.
Cons: Tiny, cramped, gloomy rooms. Terrible shower. Breakfast buffet was out of almost everything.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We asked for 2 rooms facing the airport and we got them on the 4th floor. Great view of the taxi way from the window. Rooms spacious and clean and very comfortable.
Cons: My mate struggled to sleep in his bed and we advised reception on checkout. We were not aware that you can request a softer bed.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We expected a cheap budget hotel, but were thrilled at the quality of the establishment, modern quality decor and better than many hotels of a superior nature. Very comfortable and well appointed rooms. Staff were very friendly and efficient, highly recommended.
Cons: nothing to be negative about. First class service.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: Staff the restaurant room is not good service and in room is not water bottle
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Near airport. Free public bus vicinance or cheap bus in the front. Nice room!
Cons: Check in after 2pm
Mediocre 3.7
Cons: Tiny rooms, feels like you're on a cheap cruise ship. You can hear the guests next door, upstairs and below. Need to sleep? Find another hotel
Good 6.2
Pros: Location was good
Cons: No shuttle service to airport terminal, they suggested city bus. Paid extra to get taxi to/FTI. The airport. This increased cost by 20%.
Good 6.0
Pros: Great service, friendly staff.
Cons: Pillows were very hard.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Clean, comfortable, no-frills but none needed. All the amenities necessary for a good night's sleep: comfy bed, hot shower, tasty breakfast. The Hotel Hoppa bus was easy transport from the airport and back again.
Good 7.1
Pros: The rooms were very quiet. You could take free public transport to this hotel and walk about half a block.
Cons: Softer towels, soap not liquid soap, decaff. coffee. Good value doe money.
Good 6.5
Cons: Requested early morning call, never received as result had to rush to airport and very lucky not to miss flight, very stressful morning!
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Buses to and from the airport run often and drop you right at the hotel. And one of the best prices you'all find for a "nice" hotel.
Cons: Airport shuttle would be nice...but understandable for the price.
Okay 5.3
Pros: Location
Cons: No cash machine nearby.. Staff Annoyingly slow and bad humor.. - and directions tottaly wrong to the hotel as mentioned online.. Both ibis and booking.com -

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The gym was good for an airport hotel!!!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The hotel was great for location and price. The restaurant was above! The food and staff were excellent.
Good 6.0
Pros: Location
Cons: The hotel was very noisy and the housekeeping staff kept slamming doors keeping us up. In addition we asked a server about the menu and she rudely told us to ask someone else and walked off.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Fantastic breakfast. Walkable to a good English pub. Extremely clean and quiet, despite proximity to airport. Overnighting here is a great choice to break up the legs of a very long flight (e.g., Middle East to North America). Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: It's ridiculous that the Hoppa bus costs 9 pounds per person to get from the airport (round trip). From the ground floor, the elevators need your room card to function, and they would read our room card only sporadically. Hair dryer was broken.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The bed was inviting and clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was lovely! I didn't have a computer with me so was grateful I could come in free of charge to write an email.
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast is very good. Transportation is convenient. It is safe so you do not need to worry about coming late to the hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: clean and comfortable
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Comfortable and quiet rooms
Cons: Not best for T2 & T3 as shuttle only runs e Rey 45 mins Some buffet breakfast items cold
Good 7.1
Pros: convenient To Airport
Cons: No free shuttle bus service. Must pay 5 British pounds one way. Our Airconditioner broke down in the middle of the night. Long walk to any nearby stores or restaurants. About 1/2 to 1 mile walk. Ok if it’s a nice day. Not so good on rainy cold days. Also Under Staffed.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Returning to the US from a European trip, we needed to transfer from London Gatwick to London Heathrow late at night, and then depart the next morning from London Heathrow. The Hilton Garden Inn was ideal. It is located close to Terminal 4, and gave us a good place to stay for the night. Staff are very helpful.
Cons: I can't think of anything
Good 6.0
Pros: good price
Cons: It took two days to get a improperly working toilet repaired. I notified the front desk as soon as I walked into my room and again upon waking up the next morning. Parking was extremely tight and the holes is a challenge to get to unless you take the shuttle.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable room .nevcer felt m.
Cons: Nothing
Good 6.0
Pros: More for convenience,as I have to catch early flight. Proximity to the tube is the other plus points.
Cons: none
Okay 4.0
Pros: Checkin was quick. Food at the bar was good (see also what I did not like)
Cons: I picked the hotel because of the name, I stayed in excellent Jury's Inss before, also because it was (said to be) close to the underground & heathrow, Only at the exit there was no indication where the hotel was located, and the hotel was not visible. So I had to ask around, before finding the hotel. It was a bit farther away than described. At check-in they told me the restaurant would be open until 22h30, and gave me a key-card for my room that did not work. When coming back down to the restaurant I was told it closed early, so I had to go to the (overflowing) bar, and had to wait to get a seat. My room was close the the elevators, and poorly insulated, and I heard the elevators moving up and down, and stopping at my floor all night.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: location for airport
Good 7.3
Pros: Very convenient, great location to airport
Good 7.7
Pros: The Staff were friendly and very helpful. Food is great at reasonable prices, everything looks smart and well organised. it is right next to the tube station which was convenient. The rates are low and you get much more than you expected for this sort of price. the breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Basically I would use this hotel again if I am in the area – very pleasant stay.
Okay 5.6
Pros: The convenient possision, the room was very quiet, no airport noice.
Cons: The bar area not very acceptable for eating a light meal
Okay 5.5
Pros: My wife needed to see a GP and they quickly called one out for us. They were very helpful.

Okay 4.2
Pros: Relatively clean
Cons: I chose the hotel because of its supposedly superior pool and fitness room, but they closed right after I arrived. Why would an airport hotel close its facilities at night?
Good 6.0
Cons: There are so many rooms that it is hard to navigate. When I checked in, the receptionist casually mentioned that the elevator was down the hall. That was not clear at all! Otherwise, a pretty run of the mill hotel with your basics. Did the job.
Mediocre 3.7
Pros: First off I couldn't book the room through the hotel. I was forced to book with third party online. My bathroom had flooded when I had taken a shower, due to the shower threshold. I had upgraded my room simply just looking for a king bed. The only room available was a sweet which had cost me 275.00 pounds. They only compensated me 50 pounds for a soak and wet bathroom that I had to mop up with all the towels in the room.
Good 7.4
Pros: Comfortable room, comfortable bed for a short over-nighter for an earl next day flight,
Cons: Be aware that the Hoppa shuttle bus runs 5:30am - 11:32pm, so when I arrived on a late flight, I ended up having to take a taxi. Also I couldn't find a Hoppa ticket machine so you have to pay 5 quid cash each way.
Good 6.6
Pros: close to the airport for our departure home the next day cost means to make our own coffee and tea mini refrigerator nice sized bathroom
Cons: had to walk along way down a hallway to access an elevator to the 2nd floor and then had to walk back down another long hallway there was urine in the toilet in our "clean" hotel room and the TV was all ready on - it left us wondering if our room had really been cleaned no extra pillows or blankets
Good 7.7
Pros: It was nice being so close to Heathrow in a quiet and comfortable hiding location. Very clean Very friendly and helpful staff The pool, sauna, and gym were nice - better than many similar hotels
Cons: Expensive for the level of investment this hotel has recently had. Less than expected included - no shuttles even though it's literally across the street from one of the free city bus stops to Heathrow terminals. The facilities feel like they were last updates in the 1970s.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: For a 4-star hotel this place is a winner. The rooms are thoughtfully designed for both the business and leisure traveller. We have stayed in lots of airport hotels and this was a real surprise. Great bathroom, work desk, check-in/out, soft pillows (as per our request), quiet, and friendly staff. Not sure how they do it in a fast turnover, big establlishment but they seem to have this one sorted.
Good 7.3
Pros: Reasonably priced, comfortable, very close to Heathrow
Cons: No complaints, would stay again.
Good 7.6
Pros: The concierge staff were very helpful and friendly, but something need to be done for the check in and check out front liners.
Cons: We checked in on 25 \nov 2010, arriving about 10 pm plus from Paris enroute to scotland, the check I staff was not very friendly. We checkd out early morning on 26 nov 2010, the check out staff was also not friendly. A simple eye contact would have been helpful for the hotel management.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The food was great, and the service terrific too.
Cons: Doors a bit scratched up.
Mediocre 3.7
Pros: the strict minimum!!
Cons: 14 GBP for wifi
Okay 5.3
Pros: Close to the international airport with easy access to cheap shuttle bus service. Rooms were clean and heating/cooling easily adjusted. Staff were friendly and good with children. A good menu for kids.
Cons: Rooms are very small, even for overnight stay. There is no lift so luggage must be carried up two flights of stairs which is back breaking if your traveling overseas with a large load. They claim to be 4 star which is a bit of a joke... More like 2 1/2 to 3 mainly due to the fact it is dated (looking worn), lack of lifts to upper levels and lacking 4 star facilities. WiFi was a bit dear. Most places in this pricerange where we stayed offered free WiFi.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Slick check in, very clean and comfortable
Cons: $review.cons
Good 7.2
Pros: Close to the airport. Elegant in its own way.
Cons: The rooms are a bit small.

Excellent 9.4
Pros: Great location with free transportation on city busses. Rooms are small but clean and efficient, more than adequate for an overnight stay. Beds very comfortable. Restaurant has a simple menu but good beverages. No comments on breakfast as we had to catch an early flight.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Reception staff very welcoming and helpful Excellent location
Good 7.7
Pros: Breakfast was nice; decor was nice.
Cons: They could have had soap in the bathroom. The only soap was mounted on the wall in the shower.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Easy access to LHR and car rental companies. Hotel is relatively new and all facilities are modern and clean. The included breakfast was excellent.
Cons: The room was tiny; two people with two suitcases and we couldn't move in the room!
Excellent 9.1
Pros: The staff were very welcoming on our arrival. Managed to give us 2 rooms at the end of a corridor which worked very well for our party with 2 young children. Excellent location for Heathrow.
Cons: Building is being renovated so rather unattractive first impression. This should be short term problem only.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and nicely furnished.
Good 6.0
Pros: Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, USB and wall plugs
Cons: Toilet didn't flush properly, weird decor, no signage on where to wait for Hotel Hoppa Bus to terminal, was not given instructions to tell Hotel Hoppa Bus to drop us off at IBIS Styles and NOT IBIS Hotel. We walked 20 minutes from IBIS (red sign) to IBIS Styles (green sign, stop comes first).
Good 7.7
Pros: The hotel met all our needs for a airport layover one night stop to rest before catching another flight. Certainly not a destination spot. All was fine and price reasonable.
Cons: All was ok
Excellent 8.2
Pros: There is a free shuttle from the airport that stops at a pub just five minutes walk away. It was not well promoted. The hotel is just ten minutes from Terminal 5.
Cons: The English breakfast is not included (ie. eggs, sausage etc.). but costs five pounds. However, the continental breakfast is adequate with hard boiled eggs, ham and cheese.
Good 7.4
Pros: Proximity to airport.
Cons: Room was somewhat dirty.
Okay 5.7
Pros: Close to Airport and Free Airport bus.
Cons: Very plain.
Good 7.7
Pros: hospitality, the spacious of the room.
Cons: the lift broke down, no rubbish bins around the lobby or near the lifts.

Cons: I booked because it was so close to the airport and had an overnight layover. In the morning, I came down to get a taxi and was told it would be 45 mins! I ended up downloading Uber and it took about 20 mins but this is something that DEFINITELY should have been warned about when checking in (considering my plane ended up taking off about 400 meters from the hotel).
Good 7.1
Pros: Spacious, clean and modern rooms.
Cons: No windows in the room except one small window in the roof. Hallways were like labyrinth. No free shuttle to and from hotel to airport (have to wait for airport bus) and pay 6 pounds a person.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The staff was top notch. They were all very friendly and made our stay quite enjoyable.
