Cons: no fresh milk
Good 7.0

Cons: very limited evening food. just pizza. my room was cold.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Lovely hotel, very modern and very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful 😀.
Cons: Only one thing was room was very small 🧐
Good 7.0
Pros: The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly upon arrival. The midday checkout was good and the room had a decent shower.
Cons: The bed in the room was very uncomfortable, two single mattress toppers on top of the bed were not comfotable and moved around. There was no hand towel and only one pillow each. £130 for a room that the date could not be changed was expensive considering the above faults.
Excellent 10.0
Great stay!! recommend it!
Good 6.4
The hotel should provide drinking water facility in the room
Excellent 10.0

Excellent 10.0

Good 7.0
Cons: The rooms could have been so much nicer had a little thought been given to their layout, especially the bathroom. Not efficiently laid out at all, and scarcely anywhere to put your toiletries,
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent location for Excel and easy walk from the DLR station. Breakfast was very good, as was the evening meal. Room was comfortable with pleasant view. Would stay again.
Cons: We arrived late and our call to room service was not answered, so we were unable to get food from the hotel which was disappointing.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location, excellent service and food
Excellent 9.0
Pros: quality of the pizza and speed of service, easy to log in Wi-Fi
Cons: bathroom taps were a bit tired and corroded around the bottom. Can't wash your hands in the toilet area, have to touch doors etc and go to a different room
Okay 5.0
Pros: I liked the breakfast
Cons: The weird shape of my room, the delay when checking in, the two separate elevators.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Excellent location for Excell Arena also very friendly helpful staff and quick room service
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
The hotel is so clean and modern, spacious and comfortable rooms with lovely bathroom. Really great value for money and the views are great!
Excellent 8.8
Was very happy with the quality of the room, which is very reasonably priced considering quality and location. Would definitely recommend, and will be staying again in the future.
Good 7.6
There was no shower gel provided but shampoo was there. Couldn’t turn off the lights from the bed. Excellent staff.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Clean

Excellent 10.0
The location close to the cable car
Excellent 10.0

Excellent 9.6
Was there for ExCeL exhibition , excellent location , across from the venue , the staff did perfect job .
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff

Excellent 9.0
Pros: The room and location
Cons: The walk back to the train station!
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Nearest rail station closed for works
Good 7.0
Pros: Appearance
Okay 5.0
Pros: The bed
Cons: Price went up by and parking is bad
Okay 4.0
Pros: It is very big & spacial especially around the lobby area.
Cons: I was woken up to the sound of drilling & banging. I called reception and was told they had scheduled some work to be done - I think it is only appropriate that they schedule those kind of things when people have checked out or at least inform me.
Good 7.0
Pros: It was close to the O2. The room was nice and clean but...
Cons: ... had some issues with my room. The phone was dirty and didn't work. It must have been brought to attention prior as the phone in my room was from another room. Bathtub controls leaked water all over floor. Bathroom sink could have been cleaner.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Lack of concerns/ convenience
Cons: A bit overpriced. Two stage elevator design a bit inconvenient.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Sz very bad experience
Cons: Worst experience ever I m a frequent traveler - I Had accidentally booked one day ahead of my 3 day trip - I have asked to amend it by one day- they aggressively refused - in addition , they did not have appropriate date of discharge they asked me to le
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel was excellent, nice large room, tidy and with a great feel. The staff were helpful and friendly. Easy access to transport and very convenient to get around. Would visit again and stay longer next time. Loved it.
Cons: The gym was very hot and needed air conditioning or better ventilation. Probably OK in winter but it was mid summer and made it hard to enjoy a hard workout. This is the only negative I could say about the place, everything else was just superb.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Lovely room Clean fast efficient
Cons: Access to a pool would have been a bonus - even at another hotel
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the hotel is super, all the staff from check-in, bar area and housekeeping excellent. Very close to City Airport and a short dlr and tube ride to central london (west end) oh and a great gym on the 8th floor
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff were friendly, Hotel was modern
Cons: A little out of the way for central London
Okay 5.0

Cons: The hotel is not really a four-star hotel.
Good 6.3
Pros: The restaurant was good
Cons: The bed was hard and uncomfortable. It made a squeaky noise every time you get in bed or move.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is a gorgeous hotel. It is in a perfect location for the O2 and other local places like the cable car. The hotel is old and quaint with so much character we adored it. It’s been renovated to a high standard and every room has oodles of personality. The breakfast was delicious and we also ate on site which did the best roast dinner. The car park is free and the hotel give you a permit for the length of your stay which is a massive money saver when all the other local car parks are so expensive.
Cons: nothing!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location the breakfast is very good with very good staff great location for the 02 also Uber Boat to travel the thames to other parts of London
Cons: Great place to stay been many times rooms just a little expensive
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything’s wonderful: clean, cosy, great style, fantastic breakfast and lovely staff.
Cons: Nothing at all.
Good 7.0
Cons: The room smelt stale
Okay 5.0
Cons: They told me the restaurant was open until 9pm, but when I went downstairs at 8.30 to eat I was told the kitchen had closed. I protested and the only thing they could do was fish and chips, so I kind of had no choice but to eat that which wasn't what I would have chosen.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Perfect location for 02,pub has character and is a lovely building. Breakfast was very tasty but a slightly bigger portion would have been perfect. staff friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and room warm with easy to control temperature.
Cons: Room was pleasant and had nice touches such as Nespresso machine and docking station but a little overpriced for the size I felt but I guess that is London prices for you. Also only had side lights and bathroom light.
Good 7.0
Pros: Very good breakfast, good value for money and only a short walk to the O2 centre
Cons: Mattress was a bit springy
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location. Comfortable. Not a chain hotel. Parking..
Cons: The outside door to the ‘bedrooms’ seemed rather flimsy, and wouldn’t take a lot for someone to gain access.

Good 6.0
Pros: good size and modern feel
Cons: the breakfast wasn’t great and only had pork as a meat option 🤢 quite packed on the weekend and not many places to sit. found a lot of hairs on the bed which was great but the bed was comfy
Good 6.0
Pros: Staff was ok
Cons: It was like being in a travel lodge
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good location, lovely staff, good price
Cons: The bed was abit creaky.

Excellent 10.0
Hotel was clean and exceeded our expectations. Plan on being back soon.
Excellent 9.6
The quality for the price is brilliant. Lovely clean hotel. Staff attentive and friendly. Food is great. Location is OK once you work it out and learn the trains. Would recommend
Excellent 8.8
Quite far away from a downtown of London (ca. 30min by subway), but with a very convinient connection - subway (DLR) station is located 5min walk from the hotel.
Good 7.2
With the facilities of the hotel, I would say that it was not worth the price. Breakfast was god though.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Great location for city airport bit too far for a central London stay. Very comfortable hotel and good prices for food
Cons: Not the best location for central London
Okay 4.0
Breakfast food is always the same stuff without changes. There are days where housekeeping not done for the room.

Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Location

Excellent 8.0
Pros: everything was clean and tidy, very comfortable and easy to access
Cons: Lack of gluten free options on the menu!
Excellent 9.0
Cons: The restaurant could be better expensive and very average
Excellent 9.6
Very nice stay here. My daughter loved the space.
Okay 4.4
Customer service needs serious attention !
Okay 4.8
Very poor service customer service needs attention !
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean and spacious - close to excel
Cons: no
Okay 4.4
This is simply an LCY airport hotel for traveler who need a short stay near the airport yet such information was not explicitly illustrated in its introduction (rather misleading). The staff's attitude were really bad and not helpful at all. The staff who handled the hotel hotline was actually someone at back office and they didn't know the detail about the hotel and could not reach the hotel front desk themselves. I couldn't reach the hotel front desk for enquiry until I arrived there in person. an absolutely disappointing experience.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fantastic staff
Cons: Faultless.. maybe more parking space
Excellent 10.0
Everything about this hotel is first class. Staff are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and very approachable. Rooms are spacious with excellent views, bathroom also very spacious well equipped - ample supply of large soft towels. The beds are so comfortable. We had breakfast in the restaurant food as excellent and the staff were so attentive. We would definitely recommend this hotel .
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hotel de qualité supérieur propre très bonne qualité de service très calme personnel à l écoute et très serviables même s il est situé à proximité loin de london city le DLR métro aérien est à une centaine de m

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Handy location for ExCeL London without paying extortionate prices
Cons: Beer kept running out
Excellent 9.0
Pros: great proximity to the airport and the excel, perfect for anyone attending the conference centre
Cons: breakfast did not have alot of variety and anything that ran out did not seem to get replaced during my time at breakfast
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was a very chill, clean, fun place to stay. Easy access to the train and London Excel.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The beds are very comfortable, and the shower facilities are great. Also, the Chromecast for the TV feels like a must-have at all hotels.
Cons: Essentially the Aircon unit didn't work at all. Our room was 22C when we arrived, so we turned the Aircon on. We left the room for a few hours that evening and when we returned the room was 1C hotter. It continued to get hotter for all the nights as well. Ending up being over 25C.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was really clean and well designed loved the space! My partner and I were very happy with our room. It was a great place to celebrate his birthday.
Cons: Only thing is wish the WiFi was a tad bit easier to connect to with my laptop but we got it eventually! And the deposit I haven’t actually received back yet but I’ll chase that up.
Good 7.0
Cons: I've stayed here twice. i got late check out till 2pm and placed the "I'm busy" thing on the door but both times house keeping woke me up at 12pm. the 2nd time the women even came into the room. they need to communicate with each other about which rooms have late check out.
Good 7.0
Pros: Handy location for ExCel, we chose to walk 3-5 mins to Royal Albert DLR and then 2 quick stops to West entrance. Room small but very comfortable with big tv and has all you need.
Cons: Basic breakfast and food options so there could be more choice but okay for a business trip with little time spent at the hotel. Lack of hanging space in the bedroom, only really space to hang 2 or 3 items on hangers on hooks.
Excellent 9.6
Friendly vibe, comfortable, good value for money

Good 7.0
Pros: proximity to the Excel
Cons: heating and air conditioning were fighting each other. private events too over the deck bar
Good 7.0
Pros: Location was perfect. Staff were helpful and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: The room was a little dated and could do with an refurb. A bottle of complimentary water would be a nice touch!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast wasn't as good as I would have expected with this hotel and price..to be truthful a cafe breakfast is better..
Cons: The breakfast!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Spacious room lots of space to move around. Very clean, heating was perfect as sometimes rooms can get too hot or remain cold. Staff were very friendly. Location is perfect.
Cons: Just the instructions by the lift if you have to check in late. Otherwise all ok.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Was mine and my twin birthday so this made it special. Thank you
Excellent 8.0
Pros: could not have been closer to the Excel Centre
Cons: nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room was spacious and the property it self looks stunning in both the day and night.
Cons: N/A
Good 7.2
Its not in Canary Wharf. !!!!!!!
Excellent 10.0
Definitely pay the extra for a waterside view
Good 7.2
We have stayed on the yacht twice now. It’s not cheap by any means. For the price you would expect it to be the best. However, the bar area has started to look a little shabby now. I slept really well, the beds are really comfortable. We did enjoy our stay.
Good 7.2
Lovely reception sarah very helpful
Excellent 9.2
The room was beautiful, bathroom also and great shower and the bed was so comfortable. We had a problem with the kettle and the lovely cleaning lady sorted that straight away. For the first time ever on holiday, there were no banging doors or noisy guests. London was very quiet, great for us. We did struggle trying to change settings on TV, as picture was very dark. Only gripe we had was that reception took 40.00 a day from your card when checking in. We knew we would not be using any on site facilities, therefore, unnecessary and could have just taken card details. Having said that, this was a wonderful stay. Would go back today.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was superb and the staff could not do enough!
Cons: The only thing I am not happy with is there is money held on your card and it still has not been released and no one has come back to me. I paid on leaving for extra bits for the weekend and then they still took further money but did not refund the amount
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Service was impeccable ( top draw )
Cons: No
Good 7.0
Pros: It is location, we were going to the o2 so perfect for us. Balcony room was good. Staff were friendly.
Cons: Put us in a room with no balcony even though I had booked one with, had to go back to reception but was soon rectified. Not keen on having to pay £40 deposit incase we ordered anything- £100 deposit if paying by cash! 3-5 working days to get this back!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Good sized room. lovely and clean with a fridge
Cons: bathroom a bit small
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Lovely hotel, really lovely large rooms and comfy king size bed. Had a lovely lunch in the bar and a couple of pornstar Martini's it was not on the menu but they made it for us, it was best I have ever had! Would definitely stay again.
Cons: We had a river view room only a minor thing but the windows could have done with a clean, appreciate not easy on a floating hotel but definitely needed a clean!
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Left stranded by galahotels after night before relocation. Even though sunborn had spaces. Transaction for the room still pending. Birthday surprise ruined. 250 out of pocket.
Cons: Gala hotels.
Good 7.0
Pros: It is the closest hotel to the ExCel London Centre.
Cons: I had FULLY PAID for my stay in advance. At check-in, staff told me that they have to sequester 40 pounds per night from my credit card, but it will refunded at check out. It wasn't! They're holding the funds for a full month. That's outrageous!!
Poor 1.0
Cons: The AC did not work. Stayed on 25* and up. When I told management, they switched us rooms with the same problem. I talked to roger guests and they had the same problem. At checkout, I told management again and she said there was nothing she could do.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Lovely staff excellent room scenic setting
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Clean with courteous staff
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hotel was amazing and the food was great.
Cons: The hotel tryed to charge me for the room when I booked in even though I had already payed for it and then when I checked out they then tryed to charge me again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It's a boat

Excellent 8.0
Pros: lovely clean hotel and very close to Canary Wharf
Cons: Wasn’t happy with the payment of £50 on arrival as I still have not been refunded. This should be made clear on the booking.
Poor 1.0
Pros: nothing much
Cons: The stay was very stressful. The room was booked for a work trip on a prepayment basis but on arrival reception did not have a note of the payment which caused not only stress to myself but colleagues had to get involved. From live chat with booking.com we discovered the payment had been sent to the hotel but reception had no way of checking this as reservations were not available - really, its 2021 why can't your systems match up???! Reception would not make any allowances for the confirmations that we had that the room had been paid for and insisted on further payment methods which would mean they got 2 payments. Fortunately, this was rectified in the morning but we had the pressure of possibly being over £150 down unnecessarily
Good 7.0
Pros: nice and clean, staff were great, and very quick in response when called for extra pillows for kids
Cons: some of the facilities are getting quite old now and the hotel definitely needs a renovation, the gym is quite old now and most machines are quite rusty, so not quite the experience I was expecting. rooms can do with some modernisation definitely. The price paid for one night doesn’t justify the quality received in terms of facilities. we also called for room service and they said this is not available.
Good 6.0
Pros: Location right next to Excel is a great plus if you are coming for a conference. Hotel is good but getting old. Elevator is rattling, smell of chloride on entry from pool, more 80 style.
Cons: While great location for Excel customers, quite far away from central London. Also, very view suberb restaurants in a 10 min cab radius, best prob Canary Warf.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The Brenda's good plenty of choice and the food was nice and hot
Mediocre 2.0
Hotel staff were extremely rude, we wasn’t able to get through to them at all through room telephone always got cut off. When we spoke to them at reception they had a lot of attitude. Wasn’t able to provide us necessary items such as robe towels flip flops which we specifically asked if we was able to have before arrival. Misleading information on website. Rooms were faulty had a bad socket which was dangerous. Wouldn’t recommend this place for the price.
Excellent 8.4
Location is quite remote and hotel breakfast menu stayed the same during my 4 days stay. Otherwise, it was a good stay.
Excellent 8.0
We were stuck in Docklands for a business convention so fairly restricted on good hotels in the area. But the Crown Plaza proved to be the best in the neighborhood and the staff was very friendly and helpful. If you are at the Excel this is the best hotel for sure.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: very close to www.ExCel.london and Royal Victoria DLR station GREAT daily breakfast buffet
Cons: their room key cards did not work very well with our door. we constantly had to get new keys and/or had to either remove the card super slow or super fast to open the door. otherwise, great hotel
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Booked last minute and had great night and reasonsble price. Had a nice room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I don’t like swimming but immediately l saw the pool at crown Plaza hotel my appetite for swimming aroused
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location, room, view
Cons: Very poor air conditioning which left us sweltering on a hot night
Good 7.0
Pros: Space
Cons: Pervasive smell of pool in reception. Very warm. Bed a bit small.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room clean and peaceful
Good 6.5
Pros: Great location if you are working at the convention center. The Lebanese restaurant across from the hotel is excellent.
Cons: The biggest problem with this place is actually the price. For this amount a lot is expected, and Crowne Plaza comes up short. Rooms not being ready at check-in, truly awful continental breakfast, and cramped rooms aren't a problem if you are paying less. On my next stay I will see if any of the other hotels on the block are better, but this price might just be a function of a location that's only a few minutes walk to the convention center.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff were absolutely fantastic very friendly, and one of the lovely receptionist complimented my sisters boots.
Cons: Fairly expensive for one night (could be because I made a late booking).
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Easy check in, very helpful staff. Comfy bed, hot shower, buffet breakfast
Cons: Location
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great location and easy to get into central London by DLR. Lots of parking and nice reception areas.
Cons: Toilet seat didn't fit the toilet!
Good 7.0
Pros: The rooms were lovely- comfortable beds, nice bathroom with a great shower, very clean. we liked the fact that the bar was open 24/7, and also food was always available
Cons: when we went for breakfast lots of items needed to be replenished, and there seemed to be a shortage of staff around, so we had to clear a table ourselves to sit at. There seemed to be only one lady trying to do everything. could have been a bit more choice at breakfast also.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Just about everything. The positioning of the hotel was excellent for the Excel which was why we chose it. The DLR was very close by too, which was very helpful for getting round. The hotel was clean, the rooms very clean and the shower was brilliant, very roomy! Cooked breakfast was included, also continental if preferred. All the food provided was excellent and set you up for the day. All the staff were very helpful and polite. Mohammed on reception was very helpful and friendly and always acknowledged us. Also, Cleo on the bar and in the restaurant was very friendly and spent time chatting and making us feel welcome.
Cons: Not much else in the vicinity except the London City Airport across the docks, which we were okay with seeing and hearing the planes taking off and landing. The hotel claims to be soundproofed, quite good I suppose. Also, we heard our neighbours a bit on two of the three nights, but they quietened down about eleven o'clock so we could settle down.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Breakfast great! Just need to be early Staff all friendly and helpful Very close to rail station so easy to get about
Cons: Ovens not working first night so had to order food in. Otherwise everything great!
Good 7.6
I stayed at the hotel for one month. The hotel is clean and the location is good (near to Royal Albert DLR train station). The staff is nice and helpful. However, there is room for improvement for breakfast. It would be great if the choice of food can be changed from time to time.
Excellent 9.6
stayed here for two nights and have to say that the staff at this hotel are some of the friendliest we have ever encountered, an absolute credit to the hotel and the company. I will stay here again when I am in London for sure!
Excellent 10.0
I want to say "thank you" to the all teams in this hotel. I very glad that I spent time with Inn Holiday family. Also I want to say personal thanks to: Victoria To the all kitchen staff: Paula, Susan, Aminata that cooked always very tasty breakfast and my morning started with the smile. To reception guys: Zanas, Roxana, Murli, Mohamed, Rebecca that always met me with the smile and solve any issues during my long stay. Also I sure the night team were also good, but I was sleeping at that time. But the sleep was the best, so I could say also that were professionals. Thanks a lot for comfortable stay. And see you again. Cheers
Excellent 10.0

so far so good
Excellent 9.1
Pros: It was nice new and clean and the staff were great!
Cons: Parking fees
Excellent 8.2
friendly staff, helpful. only one issue which wasn't resolved which was the shower temperature control moved from cold to hot due to the pressure of water so I had to hold the temp on cold so the kids could shower otherwise they would have burned themselves.

Excellent 9.2
Great location and value if you are visiting ExCeL
Excellent 8.4
Lovely clean hotel in an ideal location near the cable cars across to the O2! The rooms were lovely and very well priced. We were given rooms on the 8th floor. When my niece found out she was hysterical as she is scared of lifts and there is no way we could climb 8 floors. However we pressed the lift button, and it kept going off constantly which made my even more agitated. After about 5mins we had to call a member of staff over who again pressed the button and it done the same thing! All whilst my niece was screaming. She said there was nothing she could do. After about 10mins one eventually came down. We got up to the 8th floor and only one of the card keys would work! Rang reception and explained the farce and they told us we would have to go back down! So we went down to complain and thankfully were provided with rooms on the 1st floor.
Good 7.1
Pros: Proximity to transport options. Clean rooms. Easy check in and fast check out. Reasonable value for money. Good shower.
Cons: Aircraft noise in the morning, which was unavoidable due to the A/C being centrally switched off.
Good 7.4
Pros: brilliant front of house staff, really helpful!
Cons: The bathroom!
Excellent 8.6
Pros: Convenient for Excel Centre
Cons: Overcooked scrambled eggs every day, even after complaint.

Good 6.0
Pros: Breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable
Cons: Kettle was faulty in room. Air con was variable
Good 7.0
Pros: The welcome cookie.
Cons: Bacon at breakfast smelt off. The shower mat was rolled up but dirty. The room view was of a carpark. Sofa in room was well worn and grubby. Lighting in room was not addequate.too dark.no central light. Unable to turn on just bedside light spots. Shaving mirror light broken.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I always stay at this Hilton for The London Vet Show it is just so convenient being right opposite the venue.
Cons: It was extremely expensive £329 for just one night B&B!!!!
Good 6.8
Staff very friendly, sure. A staff member offered to call for a taxi but unfortunately we were completely ripped off by a dodgy person who claimed to be a taxi driver. No meter in the car and only taking cash. Not happy about this.
Excellent 8.4
Good breakfast. Good views of river. Comfortable rooms. Quiet environment and I slept well.
Good 7.3
the room was very clean, good mattress and linens. there was no shampoo just a general cleaner. the toilet paper was cheap and rough. The restaurant was fine for breakfast but really poor for dinner.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Spacious rooms. Really good restaurant with good breakfast. The staff was curteous and professional. Always willing to help. Great value.
Cons: Location was challenging! It’s a bit of a walk to the DLR. And a good ways from central London
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel is about to complete renovations and it looks great. First the rooms are very nicely decorated, they have a great size and are very comfortable. For a hotel so close to the Airport you cannot hear a thing. Several airplanes landed and took off over night and I did not hear a thing from the outside. The rest of the hotel is incredible. The hotel restaurant serves great food, very high class, the quality is great. I would highly recommend eating at the hotel. I have only had bad experiences at Ramada's but if they all remodel to be like this one I would stay here always.
Good 6.5
Pros: Breakfast was excellent and the physical restaurant was a pleasant suprise. Also had some light fare in the bar in the evening and it was substantial and tasty.
Cons: WIFI wasn't as good as I've come to expect from most places in London. The whole place looked a bit worn and could use a refresh.

Okay 4.0
Pros: good location
Cons: Signs of damp. small tv. just a little bit tired decoratively
Good 7.0
Pros: the location
Cons: the bathroom seemed to have water on the floor all the time and was not that clean.
Okay 4.0
Pros: bed was comfortable
Cons: very small room, smaller than any of the pictures. Bathroom is tiny!!
Good 7.0
Pros: Parking easy Strong shower Cleam
Cons: Room lost power but changed quickly. Above noisy pub but no noise in room
Good 7.0
Pros: This hotel is in an excellent position for the Excel Centre, Literally 5 minutes walk. The rooms were comfortable some were bigger than others but all fine. the bar and restaurant were nice and convenient after a long day at the Excel Centre. Prices were pretty good too considering you are in London.
Cons: None of our rooms were cleaned and when we enquired about it the lady on reception did not know about it. She called the cleaner who said they were short staffed. We were all given a free drink at the bar for the inconvenience though.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything. Room, staff, food, having stairs and a room key, all very friendly and relaxing.
Cons: Nothing at all
Poor 1.0
Pros: Staff were very friendly
Cons: The heating in the room did not work - initially the remote just needed the battery changing, once this was sorted, it turned on, but gave off ice cold air with some bursts of hot air. The second heater int he room did not work at all. The kettle was dangerous - the auto-stop did not work and so it kept boiling until it was red hot and steaming at the handle. Despite mentioning this to the staff, they did not change it and so i could not use it during my stay. The toilet was leaking water all over the floor after each flush - this was apparent after just one flush. The staff did attempt to get me another room at this point, however, the heating was completely not working in this room and it was ice cold. I just feel that this is unacceptable during winter months. So i did not move rooms and had to deal with the broken kettle and leaking toilet until they got a plumber in the next day, alongside the on-off heater. The room was not well maintained. The shower door does not fully close, there is mould in the bathroom and window (see my pictures), the bed sheets were ripped. I would never have booked this room if this was not given a 8/10 on booking.com. I have been using booking.com for over a decade and always trusted their ratings. This is definitely not a 8/10 and booking.com need to address this to prevent further disappointed costumers. I am leaving this comprehensive review to warn other costumers so that they do not have the same experience.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Excellent location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good car parking facilities.
Cons: Only a one night stay so was perfect for what I wanted.
Excellent 10.0
A world class hotel in every conceivable way. Its reputation goes before it all over London. The Connaught was gifted by the divine beings with the loveliest location in town. It is simply a delight to go and come from this hotel's wonderful semi-private entrance set as it is behind a lovely water feature. My entire stay made me feel so elite due to the attentive and brilliant staff who tactfully went an additional mile to create us feel cosseted. I am assisted by neighborly and affable staffs that makes me feel at home in London. All the facilities are the exceptionally best. The Restaurant and the popular Connaught Bar are a delight. Housekeeping, concierge and room service are exceptionally great. The room I stayed is astounding. It is clean, new and exceptionally high standard. This Connaught experience was culminate. Indeed, an excellent stay that I will cherish until the end of time.
Excellent 10.0
I visited for my business meeting in london, so I stayed over there, I first time drank afternoon tea over there, and it was really so gorgeous experience for me. For that day, I have started to take a tea at afternoon. Moreover, I liked architecture of their room, it look like old and rich set of designing and furniture with great vessels. They can serve more better by offering veg, food properly.

Good 7.1
Pros: The breakfast was good, location was handy for the Excel Convention centre
Cons: Mattress in room 220 needs replacement (saggy in the middle). Woken in middle of night by screaming that went on for ~20 minutes... not sure what it was.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Very good value and convenient. Good service, free breakfast, good location for ExCel events and airport. A bit inconvenient for visiting central London but otherwise no complaints!
Excellent 9.5
I found everything extremely good valu for money and will stay there again!
Good 6.2
Pros: Rooms are simple but comfortable. Buffet breakfast. Staff pleasant.
Cons: It's right beside London City airport so good if you're using that. Otherwise I found it a. It in the middle of nowhere so not a great location if you're a tourist. Having said that it's also right beside the DLR you can use that to get you where you want.

Good 6.0
Pros: Good location
Cons: Extremely Spartan
Good 7.1
Pros: The breakfest was a surprise. So good and fresh. Better than in many higher class hotels
Cons: It was not possible to book 2 rooms in one go on internet. Hence I booked two two times one room on my name which caused quite some confusion at the beginning. Also annoiyng was that the hotel was overbooked when we arrived. It ended up that I got a disabled room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Our second year here for the weekend of the Ride 100 London Surrey, parking is reasonable however very tight, we paid £7.50 for 24hrs so checked in quite late, seems a busy hotel particularly due to the cycle event and Excel being on the doorstep, any event there makes this the ideal place to stay as it's a walk to Excel. right next to city airport and close to DLR, noise over night was not an issue in our room, although the train runs till midnight we could hear it didn't bother us, stayed in room 227.
Cons: The Car Park is inadequate however there is parking at Excel which is just a 5 min walk.
Mediocre 3.1
Pros: I didn't really like anything except that the airport was close by.
Cons: I couldn't beive there was only 30 minutes of free wifi. AND no TELEPHONE. The TV looked like a computer. Don't let me continue.
