Pros: Dreamliner appears to have more room, the seats recline to a greater angle, and it is not cold like a lot of other planes. Cabin crew were friendly, helpful and attentive. The break up of flight legs between Australia and U.K. into 3 legs of 7 or 8 hrs is a great alternative to the 1x9hr & 1x12hr.

Cons: The entertainment system functionality is great, but choice was a bit poor, although numerous. Food generally quite good, only one meal I was disappointed with.

Cons: The flight delayed for 5 hours and then cancelled. While I understand this happens, it was completely unorganized. They didn't have any plans to try to get people on other flights (passengers ended up organizing this), they provided a hotel but we had to sit there for over an hour while they tried to find one, and when trying to get flights gets the next day, staff was not proactive...the only way people got rebooked was if they told them what to do.

Cons: The websites should be improved that allow users to login.

Pros: Excellent experience and service. Appreciated the transfer process and shuttle service in Manila fromTerminal 2 to Terminal 1 to make the connection to NYC. Very smooth and efficient with a a 2 hour window to do all the security checks etc. Very good communications.

Pros: Three of us were sitting separately. Airline is able to accommodate us so that we get to sit together in a section where there is extra leg room.

Pros: We had to come home 2 weeks early due to the virus, and Singapore airlines were brilliant at changing the flights. Even got upgraded to the extra leg room for free

Cons: The extra leg room seats were naff, I like getting comfy in a chair and these ones were not. The screen was too far away and the arm rests didn’t move. Also, due to my partner having to swap seats, I was sat on my own next to strangers. They slept the whole way, so the crew never disturbed them meaning I missed out on food and drinks, even when asked

Cons: The aircraft was very cold and chilly.

Pros: The boarding process was easy and straightforward, the seats were comfortable and had individual entertainment screens, the crew was very polite and helpful. For meals, everyone was given a printed menu at the start of the flight so that meal options could be easily made.

Cons: My only complaint is that I would have liked to see more frequent offers for water refills during the flight, since water cups are so small and staying well hydrated on flights is difficult but essential.

Pros: The seats were roomy and comfortable. For airline food, it was actually pretty tasty. The in-flight entertainment was very good. I wish Vietnam Air was available in the States!

Cons: When connecting from a domestic flight to an international flight in Hanoi they do not check your bags to the final destination. They also do not inform you that you have to change terminals when arriving in Hanoi. I barely made the connection because of these two issues.

Pros: crew was good. Seat was good but it was a business class seat in a 787-9; so it should be good.

Cons: wines were mediocre which was balanced out by the good quality of the food. Brussels to Abu Dabhi boarding was a little chaotic with coach and front cabin passesgers packed in a single bus. Noticed many older passengers standing for the longish bus ride.

Pros: The crew was attentive and worked hard. The checking in counter workers were also very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: Overall it was a very good flight; the crew was very attentive; the plane was new and comfortable; and the food was good. The checking in was a little slow; but that’s because most passengers show up at the same time.
