Cons: Although the film choice was ok, the more recent releases were absent. The cabin was uncomfortable with too much chilly air being circulated. Blanket over the shoulders was the order of the day.

Cons: The flight delayed for 5 hours and then cancelled. While I understand this happens, it was completely unorganized. They didn't have any plans to try to get people on other flights (passengers ended up organizing this), they provided a hotel but we had to sit there for over an hour while they tried to find one, and when trying to get flights gets the next day, staff was not proactive...the only way people got rebooked was if they told them what to do.

Pros: None....RBA shld give everyone a free voucher. Flight is supposed to arrive at 23:30. We landed 02:15. And they let people starved serving the snacks an hour late as promised. Then passengers were moved from one gate to another. It was inhumane and no explanations at all about the delay.

Pros: Boarding time was fast, very efficient, food was excellent - much better than the previous flight! Great entertainment

Cons: Change to HiFly plane - noticeable difference in most aspects

Pros: Everything but mostly the leg room. Not sure if it's due to the airline type (Dream-liner) or just the seating arrangement but makes for a very comfortable long haul flight. Excellent wide screen entertainment system, not like the majority of aircraft with undersized and poor screen quality. And unlike previous comments, actually enjoyed the fact I had to disembark at Dubai on flight from Brunei to London allowing us all a chance to stretch our legs, go to the toilet and get a good cup of coffee.

Cons: Manila airport business lounge full, not accessible, croweded with too many airlines; Processing at the Manila airport too complicated for passengers in transit (completely different when we traveled from Vancouver through Manila, why is that? Boarding gate (Manila) terrible, crowded, no available seats, “business” section small and with so dirty sests that it was not possible to use them!

Pros: Dreamliner appears to have more room, the seats recline to a greater angle, and it is not cold like a lot of other planes. Cabin crew were friendly, helpful and attentive. The break up of flight legs between Australia and U.K. into 3 legs of 7 or 8 hrs is a great alternative to the 1x9hr & 1x12hr.

Cons: They ran out of 1of the choices of the meal and I was forced to take the remaining meal which was fish cakes, which I don’t eat. There should be enough food to cater for passengers and regular snacks on board.

Also, due to my partner having to swap seats, I was sat on my own next to strangers. They slept the whole way, so the crew never disturbed them meaning I missed out on food and drinks, even when asked

Pros: Funny you should ask about the trip! We ended up buying them through Flyus.com because it was one of the options that popped on my search. Little did I know that I was getting my self in a very bad situation. This travel agency that was suggested by you guys is a total scam! We first tried making a name correction and they wouldn’t help. They basically wanted me to get a new ticket, twice the price I had previously paid for the other one. Then when the whole Corona Virus started happening, we tried canceling our tickets. Were we able to do it? Not really. Did we get our money back? Nope. They are giving us “credit” for when we rebook them, but to do so we will need to pay around $800/ticket in fees!!

Cons: Better costumer service. The ability to actually cancel our tickets and get our money back. The fact that we weren’t able to make this trip wasn’t in our hands!!

Pros: Crew was super nice and the food was good (for plane food)! Really appreciated that they had snacks and chocolate on hand for hungry passengers throughout the flight. A 17 hour plane ride is never the best, but Singapore Air made it as pleasant as possible. Also, we booked on Kayak and was routed through a third party vendor JustFly, which I was a little worried about - but our booking went off without a hitch.

Cons: In this fairly new plane, the rows of seats are so close together, the leg room is minimal. When the tray is lowered, you feel completely squashed in the seat. The food trays are not picked up quickly after eating.

Pros: The flight attendants were wonderful and the business class seats were very spacious and comfortable.

Pros: Everything was handled very efficiently. Good signage at the airport for most things. Flew economy as the flight was only 2 hours. Free water bottles handed out with wet wipe but no food available.

Cons: Collecting bags was easy and we’ll sign posted. Exit to the arrival hall was a bit confusing but we were directed to the appropriate gate (by colour of boarding pass) and baggage check removed when checked against luggage
