Cons (-) Front desk failed to answer multiple phone calls. Walked down and she was talking to a friend
Pros (+) Being there in the off-season, it's like you have the whole place and staff to yourself. Staff is friendly and accommodating, rooms are great, village is a short walk to anything.

Pros (+) The staff were fabulous and the rooms were clean and spacious. Location was great and a short walk to Beaver Creek and the hiking trails. The Pines Lodge is by far the best hotel for its price in the Vail-Beaver Creek area. This is our new place to stay in the area!
Cons (-) Had a slight issue with the wi-fi speed initially, but it was repaired very quickly. My only wish was that they would serve a full breakfast in the morning rather than the continental breakfast that was served in the bar area of the restaurant.
