Pros (+) Beautiful common area, great price point. Starbucks and other eaterys within strolling distance.
Cons (-) Rooms are nearing a point where a remodel would be necessary. You are in Beaverton, and in a business park -- so don't expect much from the neighborhood. Except for the Starbucks mentioned above.
