Don’t stay here! My horrible experience started out with rude staff. I had driven 3 hours with 2 young kids and was the only customer. They spoke to each other about getting in an accident and on and on it went. I finally spoke up and was finally greeted rudely. The sheets had not been changed and had bodily fluids. Pros (+) Staff was very nice.
Cons (-) 1. Our nonsmoking room did smell slightly of smoke. 2. Due to COVID there was understandably no breakfast, but there also was no coffee bar in the lobby. 3. Room was not well lit.
Pros (+) The room was pretty clean as was the hotel itself. Perfect for a one night stay with our two young boys for our trip to Sesame Place

Pros (+) Nice Staff, very helpful. Great Breakfast, lots of Choices and plenty of everything. Rooms and Breakfast/Bar areas clean and well maintained even though the breakfast rush. Beds comfortable. Had a very nice time.

I talked to another lady and she checked on it and discovered the new staff member had looked up the price for taking the pillow instead of just requesting one for the night from housekeeping.
