Pros (+) Hotel was convenient and a good value. Service at breakfast was excellent. I liked the layout of the room and blackout curtains. I liked the convenience of messaging the hotel prior to arrival to ask any questions about our stay.
Cons (-) Service at this hotel was very inconsistent, the concierge seemed more worried able it moving luggage than wanting to help people in line with their questions since he basically ignored us. We also had a challenge with getting extra towels from housekeeping, we requested them and they said they would bring them but they never arrived prior to our check out time. Cons (-) There are few rooms for families, and the rooms are not clearly described when checking in. We were even told by our travel agent that the suites all had sleeping for four, which she emailed us after speaking with the hotel. That turns out to be untrue. Pros (+) Liked the staff, very accommodating and professional. The layout of the rooms really feels comfortable, less like a hotel. The location works for me because it's close to my daughter. Love the cookies.
Cons (-) Furniture in living room portion of room could use a good cleaning or update. It's a bit noisy, so if you like it very quiet, probably wouldn't work for you. Restaraunt menu selection is minimal also for the room service.
