It was good, just make sure that if you prepay for tolls ($100, I used it twice, so it is not worth it) that they activate the toll device, I paid $100 and in the first toll I had to pay $2.10 to be able to cross as the device was inactive..... prepay for gas is not good either... I returned the car with more than half tank, I couldn't help it.....the car I rented was noisy and had a lot of miles for a rental, I returned it and they were very nice about it, the second car was really good.

They overcharged my credit card by $1200. While talking with them to correct the issue, I was disconnected without anyone trying to reconnect with me. Fyi, I am currently disputing the charge.

Logan is far overpriced. Car was dirty, dash dusty, so much for deep cleaning. Seats dirty. Low tire pressure had to fill. Paid double the cost of the airline ticket for this car

I made a reservation to pick up the car at Logan airport, the confirmation never indicated I had to go downtown Boston to pick up my car, I only learned this when I got to the rental counter at the airport after waiting in line fo 45 minutes Then we had to take the shuttle back to the airport to get an Uber to take us to the rental office in Boston because Uber isn't allowed into the rental area. Mind you all while I was lugging golf clubs and three other bags. I screwed around with this car situation for two hours, not very good at all.... I will never never use Kayak again for a rental car.....

First car they gave me had a busted back fender, like it was rear ended, so I refused this car. Second car had the check engine light come on within a day. I had to go out of my way to drop off this car and swap it, and budget insisted it be done within 24 hours. 3rd car was full of trash. Not just wrappers and things (which there was) but large cardboard boxes. It was clearly not cleaned, and it smelled like cigarette smoke.

The 2 folks working the counter were great, just overwhelmed with the number of people (25+) picking up rental cars late on a Friday night.

It was awful to find the site where we were to pick up our car closed at 4pm on Saturday. We took a ferry that was arriving later than that time but Budget told me when I asked that I could pick up the car later. I was not told the place was closed. This delayed our trip by one day. We had to find a place to stay in Boston which was very expensive, lose our reservation for that night in another town closer to our destination and still pay for it and we almost were not given a car the following morning although Budget said we would. It was very bad. I won’t use Budget or Kayak again.

Clean car except for a little bird poop on the back. A little tricky to find the rental place but easy pickup once I found it. I still have not been given a receipt and it's been 5 days since I dropped off the car. I called three times about it. Pretty annoying.

The service agent was guick,efficient and friendly - especially at 12:30 in the morning. :) However, the car was in poor condition which we photographed. Scratches all over, the seats were stained and the tires were almost bald. Good thing we did not experience rainy roads on our trip. That may have been dangerous. Otherwise, car drove fine and service was good.

Line to pick up took an hour. Staff was professional, courteous, and friendly. But if a fiasco with the car they’d assigned not being in the garage, but I was given another comparable car. Car smelled like cigarettes. Found a cigarette behind the headrest. Found a dead medium sized gross bug (roach?) in cup holder. Would have preferred more efficient check in. Perhaps automated components. Has happened before at other location in Cambridge. Aside from that, car was great and good value, and staff were awesome.
