Pros: Received car that I booked, rare these days!Cons: A little bit of a weird wait; standing in a line but they had tons of employees trying their best to get us what we needed. The wait was worth it as I got a Range Rover, exactly what I booked and wanted! Boom!

I was called en route to picking it up appx. a half hour before my reservation time to be told that it was canceled due to unavailability. I cannot fathom why you would advertise a reservation for a car that you didn't have available, and then cancel it so close to the pick up time.

Pros: Staff was polite, everything was easy, no surprises.Cons: The vehicle itself kept flashing "change oil" and "low tire pressure" warnings ... none of the tires seemed flat, so we didn't try to pump them, and of course, we didn't mess with the oil. Other than that, everything worked without issue.

Pros: I had the least friendly and least helpful staff I’ve ever had in any car rental experience ever. They refused me a car and then did nothing to help. They essentially locked me out even though I made it on time. I eventually was not able to obtain a car from enterprise. I will never use enterprise again and I have questions about using your app.Cons: Enterprise did not follow up. They did not offer me a car although I paid for one. They were not able to get me a car at another location and less I was willing to pay over twice as much. They actually lied to me on multiple occasions through the process. Profoundly disappointed.

Pros: PIckup was easy - staff was very helpfulCons: When I dropped off my car the office was unexpectedly closed for the weekend. I called customer support to determine the process for dropoff - they told me to leave the car and drop the keys in the dropbox. But then I was billed for an extra day - even though I returned the car before the 4:00 p.m. time it was due. I had to call customer support to get the additional charges credited. So that process could have been smoother.

Pros: Pick up was very easy. I'm glad I had a reservation, though, because there weren't cars available to people who didn't have reservations. I was through the front door and to my car in less than 10 minutes. Didn't try to upsell me anything. Staff getting me the car was very helpful and polite

Pros: The cleanliness of the car and the priceCons: Specify which cars belong to each category as I paid for a Volkswagen and got a mini. They said it was the same category but how would I know if that was the truth? Also to return a car I fort Lauderdale better return car signalage would be appreciated. Thanks.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and ready for us when we arrived. I got the 7 passenger vehicle I requested and it was comfortable for all of us adults. I liked the feature that I could pre-pay for a full-tank of gas at current rates that way I didn't have to fret before returning the vehicle making sure the tank was full.Cons: Our rental went smoothly, but another couple arrived at the same time we did. They had not made a car reservation before walking into the rental office...at that time there wasn't a car available for them in Boston. I'm going to make sure I always make reservations in advance.

Pros: The staff is Boston was helpful and upgraded our car quickly once we realized our rental wouldn’t be big enough. The car was clean and the sticker was a great way to indicate that we were safe to enter the vehicle.Cons: The Experience in Johnstown could have been better. There was no warning letting us know we would have to handle the drop off on our own. Signage was sparse and confusing. Had everything been included in our rental paperwork, we could have avoided a half hour of trying to figure out where to go. The airport was also closed by the time we arrived and no one was there to help us

Pros: Staff is always super friendly and helpful at this location and the car was really clean.Cons: I wish that Hertz was clearer about dropping off after hours. If you must drop off your car after 10PM, just leave it in the Dollar/Thrifty section on the 4th level. I didn't know about this, and all of the signs there say that Hertz has no dropoff after 10 PM. My car wasn't due until the morning, but I got back at 11:30 PM. So, I left the parking lot - paid the parking fee of $10 bucks and returned the car the next morning, when the agent informed me of the other option - which would have saved me time and money.

Pros: The staff were all fantastic!! And the vehicle was very nice. Cons: The vehicle was great, only there were some minor cleanliness issues. Not well detailed, sales paperwork glue on the window and driver door frame, advertising marker still on the windshield. I also would have been super grateful (and wouldn't have needed to extend our lease) if there was a pickup option for 'drop-off'. I had an unexpected scenario, needing to take my elderly father to drop off the rental. Not living far, it was a risk and hassle, not your fault but.. well, you're asking.. I'm sharing. Anyway, all was ok.

Trying to get a hold of someone yo help me and nobody seemed to understand my situation. I kept getting the run around very frustrating

Pros: Easy pick-up. Easy drop-off. Flat-rate for tolls was amazing. No fuss at any step in the process. Both offices were friendly staffed and quick.Cons: The floors in the back of the car were a little dirty. Not a huge deal. The car also didn't get particularly good mileage for an economy, but again, no biggie.

Pros: Car was good. Worse experience ever. First of all I book my car for 11am and I was able to pick it up at 12.45 after a huge slow line because there were no cars available!!! Online booking rate for one day was 66€, at drop off they tried to charge me 230€. It was impossible to solve at front desk because of poor customer support. I don’t think I will ever see my money back again. Highly recommend to avoid avis. Ah, almost forgot, in the car you could smell marijuana. Luckily police didn’t stop usCons: Communication. Cons: During kayak booking process, I booked a car from Logan airport (this was confirmed on my kayak app after check out). Then, when confirmation email came through, my car was actually reserved in Lynn MA (a 30 minute drive away). The entirely wrong location was booked.

My kayak confirmation was for a car from Boston Logan Airport, but the car was actually booked in Lynn, MA so I had to cancel the reservation and rebook directly with the rental car company.

Cons: We had a family Medical Emergency (father had to be airlifted from Marthas Vineyard Hospital to Boston for emergency surgery) and had to drop off our rental car at Oak Bluffs Marthas Vineyard instead of Hyanis Port. Pros: I rented a carCons: The entire experience. The location is a mechanic and the Budget sign is extremely small you can’t even see it. Also, there is no organization and the lot is very small with too many cars! You have to remove 1 car and then go find parking for it on the street and then get the car you rented out. Way too much chaos.

Pros: Staff were lovely but Kayak said it was $144 when it was $557. They missold me insurance for $11 a day that turned out to be invalid on Thrifty’s cars. It was a criminal transaction all around.Cons: Be honest for god’s same you criminals. Everything was sold incorrectly from the day rate of rental to the insurance to the type of car. I was flabbergasted at your behaviour.

Cons: Had to cancel my reservation 2 Months ago due to a wedding cancellation because of Covid. Thrifty told me that I can submit an appeal to get my money back but would not be told the outcome until after my reservation date. Ridiculous!

Pros: Being able to book a reasonably priced car so quick and easily.Cons: I tried to get in touch with someone to let them know I was running late to get the car, try to modify the reservation, or add a driver and every place I called said they wouldn’t do it for me. Then because I couldn’t get in touch with anyone and was late, my reservation “didn’t exist anymore” and I was charged for a car I never even drove. Worst customer service.

Cons: If you think your dollar rental is going to cost you $130, budget for at least $350 because you will be slammed with extra, hidden fees at every step of the process (initial payment, when picking up the car, dropping off the car) etc. DO NOT book with Budget unless you want to pay more than twice the advertised price.

Pros: Upgraded from compact car to a Mitsubishi Outlander, which was the only positive of our experience.Cons: 20+ minute wait in line at Boston Logan, on top of 40+ minutes just for the associate to help us?!!! Their name tag said they’d been there for 15 years, but they were slow as molasses and had no care for us and did not make me feel valued. There were no Payless reps at their airport (what?!!!), so a random other person had to try and come help. When we FINALLY got our car over an hour later, we drove it 2 miles only to have an emergency notification come on saying “Pull over safely. Car will stop soon” WTF?! So we drove back, got back in line and waited 40+ minutes to be helped by another terrible associate who didn’t care about us. Once we finally got our second car, it was 2+ hours later and no one even apologized for the inconvenience. I already called customer service, and they said “oh okay we will get back to you in a minimum of 5 days”

Pros: The price was the only positive thing about this rental experience.Cons: The car reeked of cigarettes and the seats had been spilled on with some sort of dark liquid. It took forever to get a customer service rep on the phone, I filed a complaint, and all I received in response was an e-mail saying they were sorry they had disappointed me.

Pros: The staff was fine and gave me an upgrade to a larger vehicle at the same rate, which was nice.Cons: There were literally more than $84 in after-booking fees above and beyond the advertised total price, before including the optional insurance and toll pass -- in the end I paid three times the advertised price. Customer service was also very slow, not that I begrudge the employees there, just they were very understaffed. The car smelled like cigarette smoke that had been poorly covered up with cologne.

Cons: Our flight was changed to a red eye. Arrived at 5:30 am in Boston. Counter not scheduled to open until 7:00 am. At 7 , no one showed up. Waited 30 minutes before an Avis representative took pity on us. He, some how, was able to process our rental. At return there was no representative in the garage, only at the counter inside.

Pros: Unfortunately, there was no chance for me to like anything as E-Z did not have my reservation on file. I spent over an hour at the counter looking to see if the order was wrongfully placed for a different day, if it was set for a different pickup location, or if the rental company had been changed (I individually checked with Alamo, Advantage, Hertz, Enterprise, and more) to unfortunately find out there no company had my reservation on file. By the time the entire ordeal was done, and the option was to reserve a new car, we were so late that we decided to completely change plans and not rent a car for the day. This put extreme stress on myself with family visiting town and I am incredibly frustrated with this experience. Please contact me at mpbrooks16@gmail.com or (708) 212-6034 to advise next steps - I kindly ask to be refunded for both the car rental and the insurance policy as neither were used.

Cons: The signage for the desk was difficult to find, the car exterior was dirty including windows and mirrors. The gas wasn t full and was low about 100 miles, I filled it a day later and drove that far before gauge returned to the point where I picked it up

Pros: Staff at counter was good, requested a vehicle with "in" state tags. Was told the vehicle had "Massachusetts tags".... it did not, then the gentleman in garage fought with me when I got to the vehicle with "Virginia tags!!!"..... He was very rude and he had 6 vehicles of same model with "Massachusetts tags" but wouldn't let me switch!!!! Ridiculous.....Cons: Using another rental company bc upon returning the vehicle I couldnt find anyone to check me out???? So I proceeded to the rental counter and NO ONE there either at 730am in the morning, it's been a few days and yet to recieve my receipt..... Last time I will use a second rate rental company, I travel for a living and if your a businessman dont use EZ car rentals!!!!

Pros: There was one staffers who was helpful and apologetic regarding poor signage at the airport. I also appreciated the man who checked the car out and was careful and helpfulCons: The counter staff were rude and simply did not care. They blamed me for missing the counter sign and could not have been more dismissive and unhelpful. With that attitude, I will avoid EZ rental in the future.

I asked about specials; I was told I could upgrade for $45 but was not told that was based on $15 per day. My total was greater than $45. I want a refund for the overage. Returning the car was super simple.

Pros: They had issues with their credit card reader/computer and I had to wait for them to call my credit card company to verify it. This was at 1100pm after a long day of travel.... so it was a little annoying.Cons: The car was pretty beat up on the exterior and interior. Good news was they didn’t charge me for the condition of the car. I would have spent most of the rest of night circling things on the form otherwise.

Pros: Arrived and national did not have reservation and did not have any other cars. Told us to call other locations. Was on the phone for several hours. National has only 2 other available cars in the area and was trying to make me pay regular price for the other cars despite not having or being able to honor my reservation. Was told the local regional manager would call me and I am still waiting for their call. Will not be renting w national again and cannot trust that reservations made on this website will be honored moving forwardCons: Honor reservation. Have rental car available if there is a booked reservation. Do not falsely sell these reservations if the company cannot honor them. Very disappointed all together

Pros: The car was good and quality as expected.Cons: The main drawback was the pick-up of the car. The priceline system is not transparent at all, I had asked for a pick-up at Boston airoport and it came up that this was at the city center. This made everything more complicated.

Cons: Left iPad in glove compartment. When I returned to the car rental area the iPad hadn't been handed in to the manager or lost property after the car was cleaned which was disappointing. I couldn't check car myself as it had been rented out even though I had returned within 3 hours of having left the car back
