The location and the fact that I had asked for a view of the river if possible and actually got a room with a view of the river! The one bedroom flat was well set up and I enjoyed my stay. I will return when in Brisbane!

Rooms are exactly as the photos portray. Service was good. Staff were helpful. Great value for money stay and river views were lovely.
The bathroom in the afternoon was very hot, could do with blinds or something to keep afternoon sun out.

Bit disappointed the spa didn't work - but it was not a hassel.

The view from the 23rd storey was awesome and its only a short walk to Queen st mall from the hotel, which is really convenient.
The staff were negligent to our complaints about the faulty lights, which included the ceiling light dangling by just a cable. We were afraid that it would fall off the ceiling and thus alerted the reception immediately in the morning but nothing was being done.
