The hotel is nice and staff are nice. They have a very good restaurant for dinner bill and caviar Also they were very nice to extend my check out to 2:30 PM Also during breakfast I asked for things not in buffet and they gladly provided everything with a smile
The room missed few things like no tissue box in the room and not in the bathroom as well The weight scale in bathroom didn’t work The bathrobe in bathroom seem used and I didn’t have new one in the wardrobe The lift signs are bit confusing The spa did not meet my expectations

Beautiful hotel and best buffet I’ve ever been to - worth the money! Includes champagne, freshly shaved Serrano and freshly squeezed juices. The spa area is wonderful but gets crowded in the evening so go earlier in the day. Met my expectations as it’s not an inexpensive place.
The hotel is looking a little dated around the halls etc but I was told that a renovation is happening shortly. We did book the hotel under the impression that they were going to be mud and seaweed baths as this had been in the booking.com commentary of the hotel however got there to discover these facilities were not in place. The hotel gave us a free buffet thankfully but I’m still awaiting to hear from booking.com for their mistake.

The Corinthia Hotel Budapest was originally called the Grand Hotel Royal when it opened in 1896. The property has a rich history of being one of the grandest hotels in the city. Renovated to give guests all the modern amenities, the hotel still holds all its historical charm. Amenities include complimentary WiFi, valet parking with car wash, a fully-equipped business center, and multilingual staff that can speak Hungarian, English, German, French, Spanish, and Italian.
The Corinthia Hotel Budapest has three room categories for guests to choose from. There are the standard hotel rooms, the suites, and the residences. The rooms range from 300-365 square feet and feature plush king-sized beds. There are LCD TVs and coffee makers. The suites range from 678-2583 square feet and offer many luxurious amenities like walk-in closets, Nespresso machines, separate living areas, private jacuzzis. Guests planning on an extended stay may enjoy one of the residences that include fully-equipped kitchens and washing machines.
The hotel has several dining options available to guests. There is an afternoon tea time where sandwiches, treats, tea, and champagne are served in the lobby. Le Bar has a daily extended happy hour where drinks are up to 30% off, and on Friday evenings there are live music sessions.
The Royal Spa offers guests therapeutic treatments in an elegant art deco space. The 15-meter pool, which was originally installed in 1886, has been completely refurbished. Plus, there is a fitness room, sauna, and steam bath for guests to enjoy during their stay.
