Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful and impressive pool, as well as its charming and unique atmosphere, with many describing the decor and ambiance as luxurious and memorable. The spacious and comfortable rooms were also highlighted positively. However, a recurring negative theme was the inconsistent and sometimes unprofessional service, especially in the restaurant and bar areas, which detracted from some guests' experiences. Overall, the hotel's facilities and ambiance received high marks, but improvements in service are needed.
