Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. Many reviewers highlight friendly and helpful staff, especially with check-in and special requests. However, cleanliness is a major concern for several guests, with reports of dirty rooms, stained bedding, mold, and insufficient housekeeping. While some found their rooms clean and comfortable, others experienced issues with hygiene and maintenance. Overall, the location and service are strong positives, but cleanliness standards are inconsistent.
