Pros: "The economy seats are pretty comfy considering so many other airlines, however it does make it a bit difficult to eat with a knife and fork at meal times. But the idea of a recliner seat is great! Decent in-flight entertainment."
Cons: "Maybe a little more space to be able to eat a little comfortably would help. But I can understand that it's an infrastructural change that might not be possible."
Cons: "Do not ever forget or decide not to book a checked in bag on Air NZ when booking your ticket on line. You have a bag to check at the airport they will not tell you it is $30 or $40 but gouge you for $160au. That is a total rip off and they should be embarrassed to ask for that excessive amount."

Cons: "After years of traveling with a Personal Assitive device (many times on ANZ), the pilot refused to carry the device. It is still stuck in Sydney, although they say they will deliver to our home."
Cons: "There was only approximately 13 inches for the aisle between seat sections. It was mostly women with big wide hips who kept me awake most of the 12 hour and 34 minute flight, as they brushed my shoulder disturbing my ability to rest."

Cons: "The check in process was a disaster- and none of the crew knew what they were doing. They were very unhelpful and on topof that kayak did not let us know there would be a $160 fee if we did not order a seat with a baggage. It was not clear on the third party site. It was a very costly for us, a couple who is on a budget. i book From kayak all the time, and know exactly when I am booking an economy ticket vs a more upgrade. We had to pay an unexpected $320 on the day of flight. It was ridiculous and while we were boarding the flight attendants held us up again bc we had not paid the fee. But we tried to pay the fee at the front desk the first time and then we paid it at the gate and then boarded last on the plane. It was awful. The staff did not know anything and we were not treated great. Super unprofessional and disappointed at Kayak for not laying out all the costs ahead of me."

I liked the menu. Cres were nice. But the seats are very uncomfortable. Got back ache Also no leg space at all. .

Pros: "Qatar Airways are still flying, in the midst of Coronavirus, unlike their competitors. This is fantastic! Onboard, there was a full service and excellent crew, all through the night, unlike their competitors during the early days of Coronavirus, when I last flew. Thank you. Qatar Airways"

Not sure how to answer on the entertainment as there wasn’t any.. Comfort, I wasn’t comfortable as I was on the window side and a morbidly obese man sat in the middle and eased out into my space. I had sciatica so I wasn’t able to move much to get comfortable. Food wise I have a wheat allergy and asked if there was a gluten free option and was given a Byron bay cookie which was lovely tho it wasn’t wheat free. Not to worry. I wasn’t expecting there to be any appropriate snacks for me anyhow. The staff were very generous with the snacks and their concern for the passengers. The staff were amazing tho. Truly amazing ! One of the staff must have noticed my discomfort and helped me out to stand in the back of the plane to stretch which I really appreciated. I would fly with REX again without hesitation. Thank you very much. It was my first flight with you and I look forward to my return flight home on Tuesday. Best wishes to your company 👌🏻
All good, was a one hour flight so no food or entertainment which was expected
Rex is an underrated airline. Its my first time flying them and they were fantastic. the only things that annoyed me about my flight were things other passengers did so it was nothing i or REX could change
Really enjoyed flying with Rex the boarding and booking baggage on was easier than most. I will beat using Rex next time.
On time and a quick flight and staff vert good
Pros: "The flight was during very bad weather and the pilots did a great job of keeping us informed and feeling safe."
Cons: "Due to the weather snacks were handed out but no water. Water used to be provided in single serves. As it is now poured into cups it was not provided on the flight. This seems like cost saving that is unacceptable to customers paying the same price with no access to a drink on the flight."

Cons: "We had extra baggage, which I tried to pay online multiple times but the Virgin website kept indicating they are having problems. When we arrived at the airport the charged us basically twice (for extra bags) what we would have paid had they not rigged their website to make extra money."
