Cons: "The food was gross, which could be a just a cultural difference in food tastes. There were no functioning USB charger ports on the return flight even though the ports were present. No wifi, which is a first. Most airlines I fly on these days always have some type of wifi. Lastly, the 'touch-screen' on the seat for entertainment barely worked. Buttons didn't work no matter how much you touched them. There was a delay and the selection of movies and tv were pathetic. I will not be flying Qantas again."

Cons: "The cabin crew was rude and had no self awareness. 2 times where I wasn't finished with my drink and they grabbed it right out of my hands. I was grabbing it so they could clear everything else but they took it as me trying to hand it to them. Both times I told them I was still drinking that and they disregarded it and threw it in the trash without hesitation. It's like they were robots on autopilot. Also, the male attendant in my row would always bump me pretty severely with his bum while grabbing things from the cart."

Pros: "Crew on the plane was a group of wonderful ladies. Always smiling & pleasant, even when they had to move people around. Great service with a smile."
Cons: "No info ahead of time about checking in. Once we got to the airport, I was told that I should have known better & checked in 24 hours prior. initially, the agent said that all seats are appropriated randomly. At the gate, I'm told different. I had to fight tooth & nail to get a seat next to my wife (who often gets airsick). It didn't feel good to have to argue & make a scene to accomplish this."

Pros: "Attentive crew Loved that they ranged in ages and races I also loved that the crew were helpful and cheery Crew interacted with my daughter well and always stopped to talk or smile at my daughter as they walked past Qantas are truly the best!"

Cons: "Plane departs at 1pm Sydney. Lights are turned off within a couple of hours, but for me, sleeping at 3pm is impossible. Point being? A later departure would be a help. Clearly not going to happen, but the timing of the flight to Sydney from DFW had been awesome."

Cons: "1. Flight 12 left 2 hours late from New York 2. Flight left 21/2 hours late from Los Angles 3. We asked to be seated on the tiles , as we are seniors we needed to get up regularly during the night (16 hour flight during the night) We were seated window and middle seats. The person on the aile was had a broken knee and was wheel- chaired on to the plane. As a result we could not get up to go to the bathroom. 4. Because we left late from Los Angles , we missed our connecting flight on to Auckland. Qantas was kind enough to apologise, put us on another flight and gave us vouchers worth a grand total of $10. 5. We then arrived 2 hours late in Auckland, where we missed our connecting flight to Wellington. 6. Our 2 bags that were checked-in at New York are still missing. This is being written 4 days left New York. 7. WE have since had to purchase new winter clothes."

Cons: "In this time of Covid-19 the few passengers on the plane were all sat in the same area. There was plenty of room to put at least one seat between passengers"
