Cons: "Seat spacing: way too close in economy. When person in front puts seat back, could not stand up to get out of seat. Got leg cramps trying to shuffle out sideways stooped over row of seats in front and rear hitting faces of occupants in my row. Refuse to fly on this airline any more until reasonable seat spacing is provided for price paid. Don't like standing up the whole flight because one cannot get into or out of seat."

Pros: "Twice this trip, 2 qantas staff rectified our seating allocation so we could sit together as a family and i didn't even have to ask. The staff are always so pleasant and engaging."
Cons: "A mishap when allocating seats online, when i chose seats for us online (my fault i left it too late) there weren't any together...but the staff rectified this..."

Cons: "Flight was late, snack was not nearly as nice as on my previous trip (little crunchy snacks instead of cheese & crackers), they didn't want to serve hot drinks but offered no caffeinated substitute (in my opinion, if they are going to halt hot beverage service due to turbulence, they should offer free soft drinks instead, or at least free beer & wine since that would have been offered anyway if the flight had been on NSW time). Nothing major, just not as great as my previous experience with this airline."

Cons: "It's important to be prepared for the extra costs associated with flying these low-cost airlines. I paid around $100 for each leg of my journey around Australia, Malaysia and Bali and it really added up. I had prepaid for the Air Asia flights, meaning I had to weigh my one checked bag, but didn't catch JetStar's rules until too late to do online. This resulted in additional fees, according to airport personnel."

Pros: "I hadn’t seen the option to book my luggage so when I arrived in the airport I had to pay extra for my luggage (I assume this is more feedback for kayak then for Jetstar). The crew helped me really well to add my luggage but the extra fee was kind of a bummer.. Had a great flight, beautiful airplane and wonderful crew."
