Pros (+) Location location location...within walking distance of the lovely waterfront with all the restaurants. The Concierge, Junko, was excellent putting together tours for us. The view from the 14 level was spectacular.
Cons (-) The buffet breakfast that came with the room was more than a "little tired." It was fast asleep. The pancakes and waffles were mealy and inedible. The so-called sausages were mini-hot dogs. The "to order" section was grossly understaffed so lines were long waiting for eggs to order.
