Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and spacious, comfortable rooms. Many appreciated the modern bathrooms and quality facilities, with some guests highlighting the cleanliness and daily room refresh. However, several reviews mentioned that parts of the hotel and furniture appeared dated or in need of refurbishment, and there were occasional issues with maintenance, pool temperature, and gym equipment. Despite some negative feedback regarding value for price and room condition, the overall experience was positive for most guests, especially due to the convenient location and attentive service.

I M, May 2019
Pros (+) Location location location...within walking distance of the lovely waterfront with all the restaurants. The Concierge, Junko, was excellent putting together tours for us. The view from the 14 level was spectacular.
Cons (-) The buffet breakfast that came with the room was more than a "little tired." It was fast asleep. The pancakes and waffles were mealy and inedible. The so-called sausages were mini-hot dogs. The "to order" section was grossly understaffed so lines were long waiting for eggs to order.
