Pros (+) Nice to have some outdoor space, and the location was very convenient.
Cons (-) Reviews promised a hot tub so we were disappointed that there wasn't one. Breakfast was nothing special - sugary muffins and sugary yogurt, we had to go out to get a real breakfast.
