Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and value for price, especially its proximity to the airport and main attractions. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and occasional pest issues. Service and staff attitude were also frequently criticized, with reports of rude or inattentive staff. While some guests found the beds comfortable, others noted issues with bed comfort and linens. Breakfast offerings and parking were also mentioned as areas needing improvement. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and price, but guests expect better cleanliness and service.

Pros (+) Very nice staff and the room has a modern feel to it. The breakfast was decent.
Cons (-) Our bathroom door had a weird brown stain on both sides. Walls were thin so it was easy to hear the neighbors arriving at 1:30 a.m.

Poor
Anthony, June 2018
Pros (+) We did like the shower and the look of the room, it was a very nice room if the beds were normal hotel standard types of beds but they were not.
Cons (-) The young lady at the check in looked liked 15. She was very disrespectful to my family. Didnt understand much of anything. The ice maker was out of order. The beds do move around because the beds are on metal frames that are very easily movable, because most of the night I had to pick up my pillows from the floor. The ac unit did not cool the room, so it was very difficult to sleep in our room. A...
