It’s easier to pick up from the airport rather than from the town

For a big family, I would recommend an SUV like an Explorer/Atlas because it fits everyone and great on MPG. If you’re able to get a sedan, then I would stick with that for gas reasons

It is close to impossible to get to because of all of the connections you would have to make.

One thing to be aware of when driving in Fort Worth is that throughout the city and throughout the state of Texas, there are numerous red light cameras. Such cameras record any drivers who run red lights so that the police can issue a ticket to the driver at a later date. While no drivers set out planning to run any red lights, of course, it easy to make a mistake when sliding through a stale yellow light. So make sure to keep that in mind during your time in the city.

Didn't like the fact I Didn't want an ev rental wasn't explained how to use it and wasn't told that i needed to download and app for the charging stations. Some people only want a paycheck but don't want to work. Budget should really evaluate who they hire. This is how you lose customers and that's bad for business. Budget has definitely lost a customer.

They called an hour prior to my pickup time to tell me that there were no cars available at that location. I had to Uber to the airport location 30 min away and wait in line for over 30 min for them to send me to the Avis desk. They remade me reservation and everything was great from there on but the inconvenience of it all was really disappointing.

Staff we absolutely awful. Unhelpful and rude. Both times a vehicle was unavailable for the reserved time and staff did very little to help or try to remedy the situation. We almost missed our flight as a result. Very stressful and would never use again.

Dodge Ram- had an annoying shake between 75 and 85 mph like it needed an alignment or wheel balancing. Windshield wiper fluid was full but would not dispense fluid. Gas tank was just above 1/4.

The vehicles were good. It was pick up. I was given an address of pick that was vacant. I called and received another address a mile away in traffic. I arrived there and no vehicles were available. I had to call again! I was given another place 3 miles away. During traffic hours which was time consuming. I arrive there and they only had suv's available, I requested a compact car for gas price reasons. The next morning, I attempted to park in a location that required plate registration. I noticed the registration on the vehicle was expired, which meant i could not park the vehicle due to it possibly being towed due to expired plates. . I had to call again, they sent me back to the location which was 120 minutes total out of our family reunion day. I asked is there any compensation due to complete mistakes on their part. They said no. I needed to call and talk to customer service after the rental was returned. It was a terrible experience.
Extremely disappointed with my rental experience. I received a ticket in Puerto Rico for parking in the handicap after presenting my handicap placard to the company they still charge me for the ticket. Due to my timeline and language barrier I wasn’t able to resolve the ticket with the local police. The company charge my CC $1,000 for the ticket.
Avis staff I dealt with did not give a continental. I almost felt like I had to apologise for them doing the job they are paid for. Also noted - car hire companies charge you when you leave the state for a ‘return to state’ fee but the vehicle I received, not the one I ordered was returning to its state so someone paid a return fee and I paid full rental - it’s a great scam in my opinion.

I received a car that reeked of cigarettes and was told to come back the next day. Came back the next day and there were no cars available according to them. It was near closing time so they gave us an older vehicle that was picked up from Maine and dropped off here. Worst part was that they didn’t have the time to clean the vehicle and it reeked of BO from the previous driver. Worst car rental experience I ever had and I book travel packages.
