WE got to the small airport and no one was there. When the sixt person called Hertz they said we did not have a car, !! and made no arrangements for one. Sixt helped us out, gave us a great discount and a lexus. we felt welcomed.

Hertz was a nightmare to deal with, never responded to emails both before and during the rental. Refused to sign off the car for no damage until after they had washed it. Kayak was no better as they did not answer queries about the rental.
