Sometimes I can't get the type of vehicle that I reserved because of supply and demand.

Did not like anything, they didn’t have the car I booked and the only other option was twice as expensive and would use 4 times the gas.Would’ve been better if they had the car that I had booked when I arrived.

Return location did not provide for transportation opportunities such as Lyft or Uber. Very isolated at airport garage.

Sami the Manager is AWESOMEI have been in Napa Valley for 6 months and have rented cars from Enterprise 6 different occasions. Sami was always pleasant and professional. That is a very busy car rental office and every time I was there it was busy and Sami and her Staff where always happy and eager to accommodate. YOU can always tell when a location has a good leader by the way the Staff treats their guests and their attitude. I have told all the associates and concierge to use and refer Enterprise Rent a Car on Soscol Road in Napa Valley. Love and will miss you Sami!!! Mary Beth Gualtieri

Kayak is misleading consumersWhen offering driver protection, you think you are buying it from enterprise. But you are actually buying it on kayaks website separate from the rental car purchase. This is misleading because you think you are buying it from Enterprise when you are not. This is misleading at best and deceptive at worst. The CFPB should examine this practice. Note, this is not enterprise’s fault, this is kayaks poor customer experience.

The service was fine. They upgraded our car due to us waiting there a long time. I also liked we could drop the car off after business hours. It definitely saved us a headache of rushing back.We waited for almost an hour to get a car. Also the insurance that you buy online isn’t enterprise insurance and is more of a headache to deal with than just getting the enterprise insurance.

I was charged for use through Monday but asked for use through Sunday. The charge is incorrect and not what was agreed to. I only asked to have the car one day and one way on my kayak reservation but they said I had to take it for my entire stay and changed the reservation after I booked on kayak and I was stuck at the airport if I didn't agree to have them rent it to me for my entire stay. Then they added another day on top of that.

Easy pick up/drop off- but received dirty car!The staff was nice, and the pick up and drop off was easy. Liked the straight forward service about the fees and charges.I received a filthy car. When I got home from picking it up, I noticed that the back seat had smoothie or throw up? spilled all over the seats and in the cracks. Disgusting. It was to the point it was dried up so it took me some scrubbing to get it clean. I was on a strict time limit, and so driving back into town to switch out the car would set me back longer, and my family was at my house waiting to leave for our trip. From there I noticed that there was crumbs and pieces of pretzels all on the floor and in the seat cracks also. This is when I realized that the car was not cleaned before renting it to me. The inside of the doors were dirty and had drip marks on them. I was very upset and called the rental place to let them know, at this point I was already 60 min late from leaving as I had to clean the car, therefore we got a late start on leaving for LA and hit major traffic. Not a very pleasant experience. I have never been so grossed out and couldn't believe no one noticed that the car was this dirty and to rent it out like that! Yikes!
