Located near a train station, University Inn is a great choice for a stay in Chico. Guests can hang out at the outdoor pool or seasonal outdoor pool, and free perks include continental breakfast, WiFi, and self parking.
Pros: LocationCons: Horrible odors in room. Gross stains in carpet and bed. Could not stay the night and drive two hrs at 1 in the morning to get home instead.
dont stay at this motelPros: nothing Cons: the bathroom had mold in the shower-the ceiling in the bath room was coming down - shower curtain was a joke over all the room was a total disappointment.
Pros: Location, A/C worked well, Comfie bedCons: Dirty carpet, roaches is room
Good for the pricePros: Cheap
Location close to downtown and a 24-hour diner
Cable tvCons: No lock on window
Smelled like smoke
Saw a bug
Loud guests in other rooms
Pros: Nothing at all. Bad choice. Go next door to America Best Value or Heritage Inn. Cons: The AC unit was barely functioning and struggled to keep the room livable.
There were bugs in the bathroom and on the desk. It was horrible.
People were hanging outside their rooms and their cars boing loud music and yelling the entire time. The cars probably didn't even work because the hood of their cars were propped up the entire time.
They were more than likely selling drugs.
Horrible place to stay.
Pros: Not a thing.Cons: The hotel was dirty, with black mold in the bathroom, repaired sheet rock that had no paint in 6 different locations, no breakfast (even though they claim they do) and it was ridiculously overpriced for graduation weekend at Chico State for this.
Pros: Nothing at all. Place is a jokeCons: Everything. The workers were rude and unresponsive. The rate was rediculous. We had black mold in our bathroom. There was literally holes in the walls and recently repaired sheetrock with no paint everywhere. The breakfast consisted of one choice which was prepackaged gross pastrys. The place is rediculous!!!
Cons: POOL WAS INOP
AC IN MY ROOM DIDN'T WOK
Pros: Location in downtown Chico.Cons: The whole place. It's rundown, not in good repair, especially in the room (outside nothing to be proud of with it's peeling paint). The bed sloped to one side, the A/C unit was next to the bed making it noisy and irritating.
