Pros:
The staff was exceptionally friendly and after returning the car we were offered an umbrella to have as it was raining quite hard. We didn't end up taking the umbrellas, but the offer was very kind and capped a lovely experience with this office.4.0 Mediocre

Pros:
Not busy, easy to find.Cons:
Car smelled as if someone has chainsmoked a carton of cigarettes in it. The Sarajevo location would not accept dollar online insurance or our private insurance and made us buy their insurance. The only other option was to put the entire cost of the care on hold on our credit card4.0 Mediocre
