Cons (-) The pillows are horrible. They look fluffy but only seem to be a small bag of stuffing that has been picked up and collected.
Pros (+) The service was great and polite. The room was very nice and spacious! They have a cookie stand on the way to the elevators with good cookies as well, so we always had to grab a couple lol.
Cons (-) The bed was too firm for me, causing back pain. But that depends on the person... My hubby loved the bed, but he likes firm beds lol
Pros (+) we checked and found small blood stains on the blanket. Because it was late we just took it off. The next morning we left at 8:00 am. when we returned at 7:00 pm we were surprised thst housekeeping never came. My husband went to the front desk to tell them. They said everyone was gone and there was nothing they could do. He asked if we could have a few clean towels but they said they didactic have...
Cons (-) we were scheduled to stay five nights but checked after two nights. When we told management they just said huh that's unusual.
