location is ok. Sauna on the roof
The overall high ratings of this property is overrated. This location don't have any charm, it is in my opinion a wannabe boutique hotel. You arrive at a very small dark non functional lobby. Staff at the reception is a group of amateur. Walking through corridors, stairs and the inside accessibility is a bit of a hassle (Blame the architect). Textures and inside materials are very poor, i find it very amateur. Feeling comfortable in a hotel is in the details, and you don't have that. I didn't feel any cosiness at all, no charm whatsoever. Ok you have a pool (a bit dirty with plenty of hair). You also have an excellent gym.
Great design. Unique hotel. Awesome indoor pool. Excelllent gym and suana. great location
Only consider if need low budget
Location good near metro stations and easy to access from airport.
Incredibly hot in the summer. No AC. Rooms pretty uncomfortable.
Accommodating staff, great location
Good room layout, friendly staff, tasty breakfast. Location close to Tivoli gardens, and bike rentals available!
No air conditioning, though opening a window with the provided fan was just fine. Rooms were clean, but not best maintained over the years.
The rooms with enough space
The rooms are confortable and clean. Location is not for who want to have sightseeing in the old town, cause you get 10 minutes walk only to be in the beginning of the area. But for business is ok, very close to the congress hall.
In the kitchen there is exhauster but there is no stove, no pan or skillet, only microwaves! I had to ask specially for me to get this stuff. The cabinet above the CD Player (see room 104) need to be urgently moved from there! Me and my guests hit the head many times each day in the corner, when we operate the player. It could kill some one.
The hotel rooms have a little kitchen, living room with dining table and separate bedroom, very functional.
Not really cozy. There is no real lobby and the inside of the hotel is also very functional and a bit boring. More a cheaper and clean (from the looks) business conference hotel.
We enjoyed having a kitchen, dining room table & living room separate from the bedroom. It was very comfortable and was close to all attractions.
The staff were always helpful and pleasant at the reception area. Location was ideal for visiting central area of Copenhagen on foot or by metro/train. I enjoyed having an apartment with balcony as the weather was good and the view enjoyable.
Buffet breakfast seemed expensive to me, though there was a good choice of dishes.
that it was roamy...had separate living room
the hotell staff were not that friendly or knowledgeable to help us around on our first day...........had to figure things out for ourselves,,,,,,,,,didn't seem to be set p for tourists, but for business people who were fimiliar with copenhagen
on walking distance from interesting points - parking near
-some repairments need to be done- time of breakfast should be lengthened till 10.30
Hotel has changed owners February 09. Cleaner than previous reviews suggest, fresh towels, clean bathroom, toilet rolls etc.
Requested but did not get room away from traffic noise. No CNN or BBC, no Danish TV station with Champions League football. A bit too "Ikea", needs some human touches.
the hotel staff was excellent!!!
the size of the room is good.
We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and something inconvenient happened for everyday that we were there. When we checked in, we were given a room that has not been cleaned. We didn’t let it bother us too much thinking that everyone can make a mistake.
